Little in business are I think away from the center but this was one night stop over for us so it worked out well

The apartment was very spacious, including the living room, dining area, and both bedrooms. Even the bathroom was quite large, though it was the only one in the flat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, and overall, for the price and the location, it was a great value. The flat is just a short walk from bus stops, the City of Arts and Sciences, and several bars and restaurants. Despite being a one-bathroom apartment, the comfort and size of the space made it an excellent choice for our group.

We were able to bike or walk everywhere from this location, it was great!

The lack of information on how to arrive and where to park the access to the parking garage is in the back not clean which one

We had a great stay at this apartment-style hotel. Very clean and comfortable, super close to the City of Atts and Sciences district. Definitely recommend this location.

Hotel is very well located right next to the city of arts and sciences with many restaurants nearby including a great one in the hotel.
