Great place, great staying, beautiful people.

Hotel looks very nice and clean, good staff, localization also very good. Highly recommend for everyone who wants to be downtown and close to everything.

Centric location, close to pharmacies, parks and other places. Overall, clean areas, comfortable bed and quiet. Great buffet for breakfast and the personnel was lovely helping with any inquiry and speaking in English. It was a great experience. Based on my experience, great price compared to others.

Good location.

The hotel was great - front desk and concierge were very helpful and professional, room was as advertised without any issues, and check-in / check-out were painless. Left bags with the concierge for the day and he brought them out to us upon seeing our group return before we could even ask, just excellent service all around.

The area is located in what locals call Crackland. Therefore, i switched Hotels to a safer area.

The lady who speaks English and Japanese is very nice and helpful.

No restaurant or room service in the weekend. They recommend a restaurant one block away and tell you it's not safe....

The hotel is a little island in an area where you are not going to feel safe. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station (airport express) which was 200-300 meters. However it was a high risk to make that walk. We ended up taking a taxi.

The location is very dangerous area.But, inside of the hotel is reasonable and good service including the free breakfast.

Bathroom needs better maintenance, room cleaning was not done well, furniture needs to be replaced, amenities are poor, bedding looks very old and smelly.

Sauna os not working for a long time, but on Expedia website it continues being advertised as one of the amenities offered. Lots of homeless in the area and locals warned us to be careful with them. Restaurants and room were nice. The hotel is pleasant in general.

Room was large, clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. The area does not appear to adequately safe but might still be okay for wandering the area around the park.

Centrally Located, however, there are many homeless people living across the street which gives a sense of uneasy. Seems dangerous although they don’t seem to bother anyone.

A nice hotel in a not very nice neighbourhood, not many restaurants in walking distance although we did find an excellent Korean at-table BBQ (New Shin-la kwan).

Same as usual. Keep coming back mainly because of the location. Restaurant staffs are not so friendly but, reception staffs are very kind and friendly.
