Truly an unbelievably amazing hotel!!! Every aspect of the property was impeccable. Clean, fresh, bright, cheerful, and incredible. 110% recommend a stay here!

Small room, friendly and helpful reception staff for solo traveller.

We booked the Bahia for a cycling holiday and chose the all-inclusive option. The food was excellent with plenty of choice every day and always something we both enjoyed. The only downside was breakfast starting at 07:45, which meant we missed it several times when heading out early for rides - something cyclists should be aware of. The cycle storage facilities were very good with secure bike storage available. Bikes are not officially allowed in rooms, although some guests did take them upstairs. One thing to note is that the bike exit gate was locked on some early mornings, so it’s worth asking the night manager to unlock it before setting off. The staff were fantastic throughout the hotel, especially the bar team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was spacious, spotless and very well maintained, with excellent daily cleaning. However, the suites are on the first floor above the bar, reception or restaurant and the soundproofing is poor. We were above the bar and the nightly entertainment was very loud, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. This is the reason for the 4-star rating. The pool area was excellent with very comfortable sunbeds, and the small gym was a useful bonus. Overall we had a great stay and would happily return.

Clean hotel with the best cycling amenities I've ever seen in any hotel. Rooms are small but clean and functional. I'll be back.

Nice, modern, comfortable hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. The all inclusive drink options could be better as some included and some just discounted as part off all inclusive. Although, it was still worth the extra to upgrade from half board. Overall good hotel and would return!

Wonderful hotel for cyclists. Great bike storage, workshop, and accommodations for cyclists. Food in restaurant was variable but OK overall. Good location for riding the roads of Mallorca.

The staff was very friendly and entertaining at the reception desk and in the bar/entertainment area. Most of the dining staff were very nice and accommodating. There was only one restaurant and the food choices for the three meals a day for seven days were very limited. Not much variety and the open hours were very tight. We were staying there toward the end of the season, so that might have had something to do with the variety. Closing time was coming soon.

Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable, good choice of food and friendly, helpful staff. Ample free parking for car on surrounding roads, short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend

The Bahía is a well appointed hotel; pool, large gardens, cycling and gym facilities etc. It is spotlessly clean with plenty of staff and a good selection of food at breakfast which never ran out with waits for food to be replaced. And yet, I find myself unenthused. I think it was the tiny room size. We had upgraded and I think that brought a higher floor and balcony … which was maybe carved from the floor space. A neutral review feels a little mean but the price per night is not cheap and would buy much more space elsewhere. So, there is genuinely much to like about the Bahía and they seemed to have lots of repeat visitors.

Amazing place, staff were so helpful and we felt very at home. Sun beds are a bit tricky to get.

Spacious room on 8th floor with good balcony views. There is a separate lift that goes to this floor but corridor is split by some stairs so bit of a struggle with our heavy cases. Staff were all very friendly and reception were excellent at check-in, offering us cold refreshments. Hotel areas are spotless. No chance of a pool sunbed as all taken seconds after opening. However, the quieter garden area always had plenty of free beds and the area got the sun all day. Food and drink offerings were fine. We were AI so could graze as much or as little as we wanted. Overall we had an enjoyable stay during our tour around Mallorca.

I was all inclusive. The balcony was sold as a sea view (i saw no sea) I had my all inclusive braclet taken from the room which was placed under my laptop in the room as i wouldnot lose it while out cycling. I got another from reception (but thats not the point!!) i ordered a pizza and was told it was a within all inclusive and after i had eaten it was asked to pay. The bar staff were extremely rude to my friends and i asked to bar staff manager to ask the bar attendant to appologise to my friend but this was denied...I spoke with the front desk. I would actually like compensation from my stay

The hotel is very conveniently located, the variety and quality of the food is good. The rooms are comfortable. I unfortunately had a strong sewage like smell in my room (possibly drains or air conditioning) which wasn’t resolved, I wasn’t able to move rooms as the hotel was full. Other than that the stay was very good.

I very rarely write reviews but this hotel over delivered in every aspect and certainly warrants a review. The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, enthusiastic, caring and professional, it was so refreshing to see this level of dedication and service which is hard to find now. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are a cyclist as they have incredible secure storage, mechanical room and cycling packages, absolutely top notch, oh, and the good was also excellent!
