Val Baussenc is a nice hotel. Close drive to St. Remy. Night manager needs a lesson in hospitality. Didn't offer to carry bags over three flights of stairs. No suggestions for food and drinks. He seemed eager to clock out and leave for the evening rather than help guests.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Val Baussenc. The hotel and grounds were so beautiful and peaceful - good for the soul. The rooms were beyond comfortable and clean. The entire staff was amazing - very professional, friendly, and accommodating of my horrible ability to speak French. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous! It is also within short walking distance of Maussane-les-Alpilles, a remarkable litle town in Provence. I plan on staying there again and I highly recommend this property to everyone.

We booked a single night while travelling through France and to allow a little wine and olive oil buying in the area. The hotel is pretty, set in considerable grounds and an efficient mix of traditional and modern. An excellent and good value restaurant together with a pool and a very pleasant bedroom with very modern bathroom.

While this hotel wasn't lavish, it was all we had hoped for in terms of location (out in the countryside) and quiet. They provided what we had asked for (twin beds and shower) and were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Decorations in our room were simple and adequate. Beds were comfortable. We had an outside door out to the extensive grounds which was fun because it rained heavily during parts of the time we were there. We would return to this hotel without hesitation.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this hotel. It has heated pool, nice garden and it's really on the outskirts of the pleasant village. But this village has a tourist office, couple restaurants and cafe in the center of the town. There is a great store with regional products with the great selections of wines, cheeses, fruits..From the hotel and 25km drive is Arles, then there is city of Tarascon, St.Remy and the closes if les Baux and multimedia attraction Carrieres de Lumieres. Do not miss this one. Arrive early since there is a problem with a parking.

Upgraded to room with a balcony which was lovely. Room very spacious with lovely modern bathroom. Excellent pool. Stay here you won't regret it. Lovely area too so close to St Remy de Provence

Had a great time there even though it is only for one night. Loved the hotel for it's cleanliness and location. It also has a very peaceful sorroundings.

Un très bel hôtel dans un cadre splendide. Confort, propreté, calme, services, tout était au rdv Tout proche des Baux pour les visites

Les espaces extérieurs sont agréables mais moins beaux que sur les photos en ligne. La partie nuit est moyenne, les salles de bains ont été refaites mais la chambre était petite et la terrasse pas agréable.
