Perfectly situated in the centre of town, near the castle, salt mines are twenty minutes away by bus. Bars and restaurants close by.

Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money too.

Great place to stay. Centrally located boutique hotel within steps of the city center and main square. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Jan.

Room was ok, there were two floor levels, like a step from where the bathroom was to where the bed was: trip hazzard for sure. Location was optimum. Breakfast ok, not great.

Couldn’t fault it the hotel was in a prime location just of main square in a pedestrian area. Our room was a nice size and the hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. If I was visiting Krakow again would definitely choose this hotel.

A small and friendly hotel for bed & breakfast. Within the old town, close to the main square, and many attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff, and was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

Right in the square what a great place to stay.

Driver picked us up( arranged with hotel) good rate. And arranged transport also for return. Staff friendly and helpful ( all) Breakfast good / linen changed .. Nice and quiet too! ( 26/5 to 30/5/25) If returning to Krakow I would book here again. No real complaints only a bit of a trip hazard in our room. Which was written in Polish !
