Every thing was excellent except for a strong scent of desinfectant in the room

Uniquely decorated hotel in a nice and peaceful area, in the middle of a lot of fruit growing.

Overall, it was really good. There were a couple of issues with customer service and the information provided. There wasn't any mention during booking that you'd have to pay extra for the spa, and there was no water available in the spa either. Additionally, the room service menu stated that the burger came with salad and fries, but it only came with fries, and the burger itself was just bread and meat... These might seem like minor details, but they were quite frustrating, to be honest. On the second day, the receptionist didn't understand us well in either English or Spanish. However, the receptionist on the first day was excellent.

I think the dining was not up to par for this type of property. The property is beautiful and unique, the pool and spa fabulous, the dinner was just OK and didn't meet the quality of all the other aspects of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner can be improved.

Lovely hotel on the Costa Brava, close to Begur. It was the perfect place for our first three days in Spain, to sit in the sun by the pool and slowly begin to feel human again. Very relaxed and nothing was a problem for the very helpful staff.

Excellent and welcoming receptionist. Cleaning staff very efficient and friendly. Room and facilities excellent. A second armchair would be very welcome. Used dining room for dinner and very disappointed with the standard of food. Overall a very pleasant rural setting amongst the orchards. Waiter staff pleasant but could be more efficient, e.g. why was acetic not placed on tables. Enjoyed but could be improved by better food and dining room waiters.

Quiet and the staff was very professional. A lot of outdoor activities possible. Lovely couple getaway.

Gorgeous hotel in a beautifully quite setting. We had the most relaxing night here. Dinner was excellent and the service was wonderful. Great pool and mini spa. We will definitely be back again!

You will need to rent a car or use taxis when you are staying here. Rooms were a bit basic for 4 Star.

Beautifully designed hotel. The room we very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located about a mile down a dusty, unmade track. The front is modern but not really impressive. The reception is ordinary, but the staff were lovely. The room is ultra modern and very clean (the numbers of the rooms are on the floor outside the door!) The ceiling, however is unfinished – sort of breeze block painted white with light bulbs in them. Our room had a walk in shower, separate toilet, but no bath. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, but no tissues. The mini fridge was well stocked and had a good variety at a reasonable price. The bed was large with plenty of pillows (no extra blankets), but there was a hole in the bedspread. Little picky things, but which I would not expect in a 5 star hotel, There were no bedside tables and only one comfortable chair. No obvious signs that this was a health spa, but the pool (the small one was empty) looked inviting. Good free parking. The wifi reception in the room, though, was dreadful and the air-con didn’t work! This is a very pleasant 3 to 4 star hotel, but definitely NOT a 5 star.

Quite simply brilliant! Stumbled upon this place by accident whilst searching the web and what a find! Everything was fantastic, including the staff and the restaurant and we are definitely going back. Why is this hotel only 4 start? I have stayed at worse 5 star hotels in the past. Photos don't do it justice - just go!!
