Older facility, overall clean. Had microwave and fridge. Typical continental breakfast of cereal, waffles, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee. Not bad if you just need somewhere to stay overnight. Will stay again in future if back in Chanute.

Older hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was waffle maker, cereal, pastries.

Clean, room smelled stale, but it was a good place to stay for a fraction of the cost of other places

Overall, it wasn't horrible, but the stained shower makes it appear dirty and one of the rooms had a wobbly toilet. The carpet felt dirty but wearing shoes took care of that. Dead bugs and the TV connection didn't work well. Otherwise bedding and towels were clean which was most important. The staff is great and very friendly!

The breakfast could use some help. No meat or eggs.

It was just an overnight stay so adequate for that. It was clean. Outdated but that’s miner. Front desk was very kind.

Staff is always available and friendly and for a third of the price of Holiday Express.

This hotel has zero frills. But overall, it was good. It was clean and cheap. And that was everything I needed. Coffee in the office was good, but outside of the waffle maker, the breakfast options were dismal. I was not disappointed with my stay.

Staff was disciminating towards us, raised rate because we were 2 females, bed was super uncomfortable, checked in at 830pm left at 230am, couldn't sleep in pain from mattress. Just wanted a quiet night away to destress and sleep should have gone to holiday inn for the extra 20 dollars.

Since I was not going to spend much time in the motel room, I was wanting a reasonably priced accommodations. This motel satisfied my expectations. The facilities' were clean and well maintained.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean although it was a smoke free room it smelled a little like it used to be a smoking room.Wished they had a hot breakfast such as boiled eggs or scrambled. Or frozen breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved. But the continental breakfast was a plus! We were happy with the price we paid and location. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! The manager even wished us a safe trip home!

The room was so small it was hard to move around. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The decor was outdated... right down to harvest gold shower. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor properly so when the ceiling exhaust fan light was turned on it smelled like sewer. The only positive was amazing shower water pressure.

Clean retro motel with a very kind owner who welcomed us with a big smile. We enjoyed our time here and had a huge laugh when we saw the mustard yellow bath tub with “shell” shaped shelves built in. It made our day after a long day on the bicycle that ended with a rainout. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area.
