The rooms and common areas are spacious, beautiful, and have a minimalist, airy feel that perfectly suits my taste. Some reviews mentioned a lot of flies, but thankfully I didn't see a single one; all areas have been improved. The staff are quite good, depending on your preference. If there's a downside, it's probably the slightly poor soundproofing in the rooms; sometimes I was woken up by the noise of the cleaning staff, but outside of those times, it was absolutely quiet. Overall, I had a very good trip to Azerai Ke Ga. This place meets the criteria for beautiful photos, delicious food, and overall is good. It's not quite high-end, but for this price range and the things mentioned above, I think it's worth it.

Beautiful scenery, luxurious decoration, enthusiastic and lovely staff. Very thoughtful is to put drinking water in many areas in the room. I have experience in other resorts that prepare steam irons for guests, so I hope the resort considers adding it. The downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes, although the resort has sprayed for mosquitoes, but due to the climate and the surrounding environment, there are many dense trees. The distance to the restaurant area is a bit far, those who are not used to walking will feel tired.

The resort is beautiful. However, the staff's attitude is not good. I went to the restaurant to eat on Christmas and the staff said that only the Christmas set menu can be eaten at the restaurant, and if you order food, you have to go to your room to eat (I don't understand this rule very well). The customer had not left the room yet but came knocking on the door to ask to check the room. When checking, they were very noisy and I reminded them but they still had an attitude. Besides, they also went out to ask the customer why the resort's velvet hook was not found. In general, the staff is not very tactful. Will never come back with such an attitude. Disappointed!

Beautiful hotel located in a remote area. Perfect for couples who want to take a break from the chaos of the city. However there are some points that definitely have to be improved. First you may not get out from the hotel to explore around if you don't come by car. They don't have moto rentals and when you call to check if there is a taxi they say taxis usually come just if it's for long distances. The hotel offered me some bikes however I got a baby and none had the baby seat. Other point that was really bad for me was the quantity of flies around during the meals. We couldn't enjoy too much the terrace for them and we had to take our meals into the AC space. Finally, many of. The staff don't speak English very well so they misunderstand the orders and at the end the service makes you frustrated. Just one pool has shadow so really difficult to get into all with those high temperatures. The first day I found many dead fish on the beach so definitely no the best beach. The best thing from the hotel are the cleanliness, the kids club, the size of the suites and the beauty of the architecture. The spa is also good and finally the general manager was so kind and attentive to us.

The staff is very enthusiastic, preparing cake and flowers, decorating the room completely free of charge when knowing this is my wife's birthday. Very good breakfast. The resort is a bit far from Phan Thiet, if you can arrange a car with a reasonable price for customers (not owning a car) and going to Phan Thiet then it is great.

Nice room, friendly staff, good food.

The food is so good, fresh and delicious. We had friendly, warm welcome. The staff is friendly. They are always smile and ready to help. The manager cares the visitors, he's ready to serve us when waiters are busy. It's surprised us. We would love to come back some day.

Surcharge is too high, the room has 2 people, 2 couples traveling with 2 small children 7 years old and 9 years old surcharges renting 2 rooms, will not come back to this place anymore, have breakfast and order, not buffet
