This was a good place to stay for a flight layover. Our flight was delayed about 40 mins so we had to rush to check in by midnight & the shuttle would not answer the number we were given. We ended up taking a cab, made it in time to check in next door with the partner hotel to get our room key. Turns out you can check in until 1:00am ... that would have been helpful information! Older motel but nicely updated rooms. Very friendly service and free coffee & airport shuttle the next morning. The area is a mixture of nice (park & waterfront), and a bit sketchy (dark walkways at night). It's a great deal, so I would stay here again & felt safe with our two small kids.

The room itself was a s depicted- remodeled and very clean. The exterior could use some renovation. View in the morning of waterfront is really nice. It is right on the planes' path to landing and taking off so you will hear that. But it eases by 10 PM. And the New Sweden park next to it is a good place for walking and sitting to watch the boats and the planes as they approach. There is an Italian restaurant some 5 minutes away (walking distance)- Romanos' Stromboli, Pizzeria and Restaurant. They created the Stromboli and a couple presidents have bought dozens of them for their staff on their way through the area. The strombolis, meatballs, marinara sauce, and pizza (all I tried) are something else.

At first glance it was a little intimidating. But it's right on the bay beautiful and plenty areas to sit and take in nature , my room smelled like smoke but they changed it quickly and it was okay . It seems that they did a good job of renovating the rooms. I would go back again.

Do not let the outside appearance fool you once you step inside those rooms they are very nice they’re clean. They are updated and very modern. You get a beautiful view of the water and your next to a nice park.

The place was very dirty with trash inside and outside. I know the trash company was on strike, but it was terrible.

I was not given the room I was booked, there’s baby roaches all over the room, the towels were filthy. They’re spit on the door, and the surface were not even wiped down. There was no toilet paper, so they didn’t even restock the room I don’t even think they cleaned the room. This is not my first time staying here, but this is my first bad experience here,

It has the potential to be great but doesn't seem like profits are reinvested to do so. Since they use Roku, operation of tv can be confusing for non technical people plus the Roku remote was available & I had to contact the front desk to bring one up. My room was small and the bathroom shares space with fridge and microwave.

It was nice and cozy sitting out on the waterfront. But be mindful of the raccoons walking at night

With the shuttle, convenient to the airport -- shuttle was reliable. (The airport has a train line that is a way to visit City Center Philadelphia) Desk personnel were all polite and helpful. Motel is along the Delaware River (a nice view) and next to an interesting local historical park. Although a bit of a walk, possible to walk to varying restaurants or a convenience store for food. Room was clean; television, microwave and mini-fridge (of good size) all worked -- bed was fine. Some bathroom ceiling tiles could be replaced; room didn't have a closet or place to hang coats/clothing. Overall, I would stay there again. Good deal for the price -- as noted above pleasant being along the river and near the park.

The staff was very nice. The room.was excellent.

You get what you pay for this was a very affordable hotel. It had a nice river and a nice park next to it. However, it sounded like there were three separate couples yelling and screaming throughout the night. It was a little bit scary because it was ongoing I would say from 1 AM on. I did not want to contact the front desk as I was scared because of the situation. The room itself was clean. The beds were comfortable the showers water pressure was so so we were just staying here because we had a flight the following day and it’s very close to the airport, would not stay here again, but it’s conveniently located next to the airport and if you just need it for one night, I’d say go ahead but don’t expect a lot. One nice thing was is they do offer an airport shuttle and that was very helpful.

Positively surprised by the room condition. The outside and area are somewhat isolated, and the other hotel by the side is much better but also more expensive. I was able to get water, drinks and breakfast on this other hotel.

Newly renovated rooms. Lovely view if you are on the right side. Exterior still needs work and immediate surroundings are run down - but there’s a pretty park nearby. Could be a charming spot with some investment in the area around the hotel. Our reservation was a little messed up. I reserved a room with river view but was given one with no view to speak of on the wrong side of the hotel - and with a noisy AC. It was after midnight so a little confused but in the end they got it sorted out. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would stay again given price, staff, and proximity to airport.

It was very clean. Looks a bit rundown but rooms were good.

Quiet and right on the river. Hotel room floors need to be cleaned better though

Would not recommend, ended up having to book another hotel, sheets and pillow cases were stained, the room was very poorly cleaned, blinds were covered head to toe in dirt and filth. staff did not seem like they had any idea what they were doing, just an overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anybody.

The entrance of the property can be off-putting, but we had a room for 1 night with a great water view and the rooms were beautiful with good AC, water, and bathroom washes/haircare. Only thing I would suggest is it they fix up something nice in the front so it doesn’t look empty! Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and the owner was very nice when we checked out.

The room, while a little small, was updated and clean. Full size fridge was a bonus but the bed was too firm and I really missed an in room coffee machine. If it hadn't been so cloudy, we would have had a beautiful view of the sunset on the river. Quaint park next to hotel with decent park and splash pad (wasn't open when we were there). Little historic buildings of the settlers in the region. Hotel was perfect proximity to Philadelphia and highway.
