We always enjoy our stay. Great variety and quality of breakfast foods, clean spacious room, convenient and well-equipped kitchen.

This is a great place to stay especially if you have kids. I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony in the mornings. It was nice having the kitchen, even though I didn’t use it much. The continental breakfast was very nice and the food was fresh. In addition to all of this, the hotel was walking distance to everywhere I needed to be. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was a fantastic size! Great breakfast included! Staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the two elevators are super small and slow, and you have to wait sometimes up to 20 mins for an elevator. Parking is only for cars, not trucks.

I had a great stay. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Loved the balcony (it would be nice to add a table and some chairs though out there to make it so you could sit out there). Loved the fact that I had a proper kitchen - was able to have breakfast, lunch or dinner etc in my room. The breakfast room seemed to have FANTASTIC food options but it was too crowded for my tastes so I did not use it. The location is very central for a lot of things, but most if not all Montreal hotels are not in a neighbourhood you'd like to be in for enjoying the city life (eg Plateau, Mile End, Little Italy, Villeray etc) - that's not a knock on this hotel it's just how Montreal works. The pool was nice too. Internet worked well too so I was able to work from my room some days. I'd gladly stay again!

Central and very clean

Super clean, walkable to everywhere we wanted to be, staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was very clean and we loved the roof top sun deck.

Despite my check-out date being Wednesday, the staff overcharged me for one extra day's parking. Not happy about this.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the air conditioning was fantastic. It was hot while in Montreal and the air conditioner kept up. It was great that our room had a little kitchen (plates, cups, cutlery and basic cooking supplies were provided, at no extra charge). We like to reheat food, if we have leftovers, which is common for us and it helps to save money. The rooms are not fancy, basic (and old) but met our needs and the hotel was located in an area that was centrally located. If you’re on a budget and don’t want to pay for fancy, this is a great option. I would stay here again. I thought we got good bang for our buck, which is usually hard to say when travelling in the summer when lots of places up their prices to ridiculous amounts and take advantage.

Clean and well appointed room, perfect location for jazz fest or other events. Free breakfast and a kitchen in your suite so you can save on eating out (tho theres also lots of good restaurants nearby!

Parking is across the st and everything is in reach. Love the area felt real safe

I wish I had known ahead of time that a high rise is being built directly next to the hotel and that construction goes on even on Canada Day! They are just putting in the foundation footers now, so this is going to continue for quite a while. The construction took over most of the parking lot so loading and unloading is very difficult. Parking was not available at the hotel but the friendly desk staff sent us across the street to the Loto Quebec garage. That was only $128 CAD for 10 nights, so cheaper than at the hotel. Besides the unexpected construction, the main issue with this property is its age. The rooms were last renovated in 2015 and it shows. Our bathroom door had a broken hinge and would not work properly. The carpet is very worn and the room just looks grubby. I agree with the review about the AC being terrible. One bedroom only has a fan, which is not sufficient for the recent heat wave. Also, the AC is incredibly loud. The 2 elevators are very small and take 5-10 minutes to come. There is no service elevator, so the housekeeping staff are constantly using them while guests are waiting. The housekeeping staff harassed us because we didn’t want them in our room and they didn’t want to take no for an answer. Do not disturb means just that. If I need something I will ask. The breakfast is okay but you can walk five minutes to a cafe and do infinitely better. Also, guests are constantly clogging the elevator by dragging full trays of food upstairs.

The area was convenient--walkable to metro stations and shopping/dining. the breakfast area was well-stocked and clean.

No major problems, other than struggling to understand the check-in lady (my problem) and the pool being up 13 stairs. Parking is public and not cheap.

Excellent free continental breakfast. Close yo downtown Montréal.
