Very high quality over price ratio. It definitely felt like we were staying at a 5* hotel while paying for a 3*. The room and amenities were all top notch. Hotel breakfast was also great even though a lot of families with energetic children were present.

I liked the modern comfort of the bed, however the room was really cramped for a 5 star hotel. And they had difficulty finding Expedia reservations.

After using public restrooms in the area, the toilet was one of the best parts of the room. With a bun warmer and bidet I felt pretty fancy.

Fantastic! Although I jokingly call this the happy wedding Hotel, because they specialize in large wedding groups, this was a fantastic experience, and the staff and amenities of this hotel are over the top. Really really really great experience. I will stay there again on my next trip over.

The staff and hotel pay attention to any and all needs and usually anticipate the need before it ever happens.

The location is about 40 mins taxi from Airport. They can arrange driver at 200 RMB fee. Sea view room was lovely. Be sure to ask for non smoking as they do have them. Nice place.

设备有点老了，关键是11月空调完全不出冷风，夜晚房间太热了

リゾートホテルっぽい感じではあるが評価ほど高くないと思う。やはり海南島のリゾートホテルと比べるとレベルが違いすぎる。中国人ファミリーにはいいかもしれないが外国人は市内のウエスティンやシャングリラの方が良い。朝ご飯も洋食はほとんどない。

ホテルの立地条件が良い、海が見える部屋からの景色が良い

내국인전용이라할만큼 중국인이 많앗지만 서비스는 만족이었습니다 다음에 또 들릴의사가 있을만큼 친절했구요 중국어를 조금이라도 알고가시면 상당히 편할거같습니다

가족여행 2박 머물렀음. 바다가 보이는 전망. 직원들 서비스가 좋음. 온천수처럼 뜨거운 물과 수압이 세서 샤워하기 너무 좋았음. 주변에 먹을건 없어서 차로 나가야 됨. 지하 키즈카페에서 아이들 놀기 좋음.

設備は新しくないですが、ホテル従業員の方の接客や態度はかなり満足のできるものでした。 が、英語を話せるスタッフが少なく、コミュニケーションが難しいと感じる部分もありました。
