Pros- staff service was excellent. Cherry Mae did an amazing job in granting my requests. Cons: no real beach access.

Ocean view obstruction from unit 320. Beautiful view from 3 bedroom Royal. The owner kicked me out because I reserved ocean view and was not happy in 320 partial view with burnt out lights and broken window latches, sliding doors jammed and curtains falling of. Poor maintenance all around. He said he would refund me and did not. Forced me to book 3 bedroom Royal and then get robbed of one night there. My whole Christmas was ruined. Not happy. I would return to the Royal 3 bedroom though , I really liked the view and room in the unit. I can cook food there and host guests. Will try to get a deal for prolonged stay in future.

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Very far from shops and grocery. Restaurant closes at 830pm but the menu is pretty decent. Very accommodating to special requests.

The owner asked me to leave after he lied to me about the room I wa in, 320 is partial ocean view. I booked ocean view and paid for it last march 27. He only has 5 units that are 2 bedroom grand executive ocean view. So why was I put below the units I booked. He was in one of the units. Cost me another 4200 Canadian to move to a ocean view unit.

Beach was actually hard to access with the gate tied closed. The kitchen was big but had absolutely nothing to cook with. No pots or pans

Prettier than the pictures and very well maintained. Definitely enjoyed the quiet and spectacular views. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

A hidden gem, nested on a bay of bliss and tranquility. A delightful contrast to the chaotic overcrowded beach scenes of tourists. This classy European styled retreat was a standout romantic retreat !

Wonderful hotel. The most spectacular views. Rooms were great, free breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free transport to Dmall was very helpful. I wish they would invest in golf carts to get guests around. Lots of hills, and stairs. It was alittle harder for the elderly family with us. But I would definitely stay again.

Very classy quiet resort , views from the large rooms are fantastic!! We found the food very good , the free breakfast has lots of options and is delicious!! The owner and staff are very kind and accommodating, highly recommended this beautiful well taken care of property!!

Probably one of our best parts of our vacations was staying at this resort. The staff was caring and hospitable as well as the servers for the included breakfast. The resort was away from all the crazy with just a short walk into town. Overall this was a great spot and would do it again and recommend to everyone.

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, amazing view, quiet area, clean/ big swimming pool. Cons would be internet was down during my stay due to weather so can't knock the Hotel for it and Hotel is a little far from the white beach, but the Hotel does provide free shuttle at different times of the day.

The staff, facilities, location, not crowded and the view from our room is what I was looking for in our 2 nights stay. I 100% recommend Monaco to the world 😊 and will plan to stay again in the future.

Great stay at Monacao - very nice large rooms & brilliant balcony looking over bay. The hotel staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you to make stay great. Hopefully I can come back again in the future, highly reccomend

Everything was great except the aircon in the room we stayed could of been better.. Only certain parts of the room were cold.
