I informed the hotel that it was my daughter's birthday week and received a cute cake. The staff on duty also took good care of me.

I've stayed here 2-3 times. I like the buffet, the air conditioning is cool, the staff provides good service, and the view is beautiful.

Impressed every time I stay here. The staff are very cute. Parking might be a bit far during festivals. Good food. Beautiful beach. I like it very much.

The hotel is quiet and beautiful. But when the air conditioner is turned off, the room is often damp.

This hotel just took over from another owner which is not Pullman hotel standard. Still on going refurbishment which you still can see at the front part of the hotel. All the staffs are super friendly and really helpful. They are working so hard to lift up the service. The room we booked was 1 bed and 2 bunk beds. The room was really smelly. Less staffs were working on that day and have a lots of large group booking.

The receptionists were lovely and warm. There were many foreigners but they welcomed Thai people very well.

ทำเลดีติดหาด พนักงานบริการดี ช่วยเหลือดี แต่ห้องเก่าไปหน่อย มีการทาสีปรับปรุงห้องข้างๆ ทำให้มีกลิ่น มีที่สูบบุหรี่ใกล้สระน้ำทำให้เหม็นเวลาไปว่ายน้ำ และทานอาหาร

Sarapan yang luar biasa. Kolam renang dan private beach menyenangkan apabila mengajak keluarga dan anak-anak.

Good service, good atmosphere, but the room is in the lanai zone. The back door/screen door is quite damaged and would like it fixed.

The school is quite old. Knocking on the door of the room was heard all night. sleep on a non-smoking floor But can smell cigarettes throughout the front of the elevator and behind the room

The room smelled like cigarette smoke/the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty.
