Only there for one night, but it worked out great. Nice room, clean, spacious

Room was clean and check in was excellent.

Welcoming and friendly. Staff tried to assist us in many ways. Even helped us to take some family photos.

Staff very friendly. Service excellent. Totally clean and tidy. Room quite. Adequate breakfast with a wonderfully sociable lady keeping the entire selection fresh.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet, and good amenities. We were at the pool and a kid mistakenly took my flip flops that looked the same. The front desk staff, three people on differnet shifts, were amazing and worked diligently to find the people to get them back. Very appreciative of their service here.

Everything about this hotel was awesome for the price point! Pool with a waterslide, hottub, breakfast, large rooms, and comfy beds, could not go wrong. Next time im in Kelowna ill be staying here

Rooms are very roomy and clean, beds are confortable, staff is always friendly and breakfast was great. This is our 2nd time here and we will be back.

Comfy beds, clean rooms

We took our two young grandchildren (4 and 5) here for a little staycation last night!! It was perfect! They loved the pool and hot tub. (too short for the slide). The room was spotless, the beds were comfy. And a full breakfast with waffles! We’ll be back!!

We stayed for 6 nights. We asked room clean twice. First time is good. The second time we asked for the room clean, the room was only partially cleaned, we don’t have the new towels and toilet paper. Not satisfied with the service.

We stayed in a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Lots of space, friendly staff, great pool area. Bathroom was a bit dirty, breakfast was mediocre didn’t like the pillows lol. But for the price it was a good stay.
