The biggest minus point of the hotel is that the rooms have a musty smell. Maybe the hotel should put more scented wax in the drawers so that when guests open them, they won't be shocked by the old smell. A piece of cardboard used to cover a drinking glass was covered in green mold. Otherwise, the view is okay, the bed is okay, not too hard, not too soft, comfortable. The breakfast buffet is quite bland and not impressive. After experiencing it once, I won't come back.

The lobby space is beautiful, the air is very comfortable and fragrant, when I checked in on Sunday it was very crowded, I could only get into the room after 3pm, the pick up yard is ok, the breakfast is delicious, okay. The room interior is also ok

Beautiful, love it, I went there once and didn't like it but this time I booked it through Traveloka and got 10 points The bathroom door is too heavy to pull 🙂‍↕️

The hotel is great. The staff is enthusiastic and hospitable. The rooms are okay. I stayed at the residence ocean view and was very satisfied. The hotel has a pick yard, a large and beautiful swimming pool, and a clean campus A very memorable experience when I first came to Vung Tau

The lobby, elevator and common areas do not have air conditioning, hot air I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 toilet room The room is for 4 adults & 5 children but I went with 4 adults and 3 children but had to pay extra for 2 children over 2 years old? The bathroom has too few towels, not enough to use No hair conditioner The hair dryer is very weak & noisy.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, the receptionist is very satisfied, the hotel is located on the back beach very conveniently, the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, an ideal destination for tourists, the rooms are luxurious and classic

Overall, we appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate our needs, including a late check-out request the next day, which was greatly appreciated. The frontline staff (both of Reception & F&B) are always friendly and courteous. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. It really set the tone for a great stay. Thank you for being so helpful! We will be back soon.

The food here is excellent, I have been to many resorts but the breakfast buffet experience here is unforgettable :)) However, some of the staff seemed a bit grumpy for some reason, and the air conditioner was a bit hot.
