Staff was great

Good place but hallways a little gloomy, scuffed walls.

The hotel was nice, check in and out was easy!

When I arrived the check in person gave me a key to the wrong room. My bathroom was dirty, I had my iron exchanged 3 times and still didn’t work, my tv did not work and the phone that was in my room was just for decoration ( did not work)

The location is great but the hotel needs maintenance urgently. Wall, ceilings, carpet everything is old, scratched, painted.

The shower needs better update water goes all on the floor plus no microwave in the room but a safe. Also parking garage on 5th on up we couldn't use and was in the 6th floor

The hotel needs renovation from the front desk to the rooms. Even though they are cleaned, the condition of the rooms is not good and they need to be remodeled.

Decent hotel for short stay. Shower floor was chipped. Breakfast I didn’t try so I don’t know if it was good . Overall 7/10

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were full of smiles and very helpful with anything that I needed! My flight arrived early and I was still able to do an early check in. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Teki at the front desk was very friendly! Along with all the other staff! I definitely recommend.

Location is ok but the bathroom door was makkng big noise like want to fall/break when you open. AC is too loud to put you to sleep. The ceiling look like you in the basement showing concrete. Staffs at front desk is very nice.
