Fine for what I paid. This was a no frills base while I explored Anaga and Teno national parks. Basic but no issue due to price

It in a good condition but old stylish, not modern. Staff are excellent except one lady receptionist who worked on the xmas day was so arrogant to me when I complained how we missed dinner and breakfast on the 24th night and 25th morning because of lack of information on arrival. She was not able to handle our concerns and claimed that it was our fault, no apologises. However every other things went smoothly, good xmas and new year celebrations at the restaurant, well decorated, glammed. Food was ok Overall, the hotel needs a bit of upgrade.

Good place and good view to the beach , good breakfast options and easy access to the beach and also many restaurants. Only downside for me is the access to parking was very narrow and internet access is not good at the Fromm takes only in reception and few places hence the average rating

Excelente servicio en todo el hotel , solo para mi opinión el desayuno que se ofrece necesita más variedad de alimentos . Pero es bueno!

Air conditioner no working services very poor

The staff were amazing however the hotel is beyond basic, air conditioning in room didn’t work. Buffet was so minimal, everything so dated wouldn’t return

Very reasonable ratrs for hotel right in centre of things. Room good but bar and basement restaurant a bit dull and needs modernising. Food in buffet unlabelled and not many vegetarian choices. Odd layout of food. Premier rooms on top floor have a fridge,dressing gowns and a bottle ofcava thrown in. Swimming pool area improved but doesn't seem to get any sun.h

Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island of Tenerife, the pioneer city of tourism in the Canary Islands was a spa destination popular with genteel Victorian ladies. The town is a charming resort with real character. There are stylish boardwalks, beaches with safe swimming, traditional restaurants, a leafy central plaza, lots of pretty parks and gardens and plenty to see and do. Concordia is located in a central area of Puerto de la Cruz, just 100 metres away from a long black sand beach. The hotel building is old so no one can expect luxuries but is also not expensive. The hotel swimming pool was build when area wasn't crowded by newer buildings so it stays in shade but inspires to spend a lot of time out in water park designed by the well-known Canary Island artist César Manrique.The artificial lake, with some 27,000 cubic metres of sea water, highlights the other four adult pools and three children´s pools. All is beautifully set in an original layout with palms and gragon trees.There are bars, restaurants, stalls and a Casino giving the complex a very special vitality and making it one of the most striking attractions of the whole island. Another worth to do is a trip to El Teide Nation Park and Masca. Mount Teide is a volcano 3,718-metre summit, the highest point in Spain and above sea level in the islands of the Atlantic. Masca is alocated in the northwest at the foot of the Teno Mountains, difficult to reach but worth the journey, picturesque.

overall good ,but food choice limited with poor presentation, which has downgrade since our last visit. Get used to the fact Spaniards on holiday do NOT speak quietly!!!!

room cleaned sporadically and edges missed, tired décor. mouldy edges in bathroom with cracked vanity sink. staff glum at best and least helpful. no explanations given on how to proceed it was all guess work. lukewarm food served in chaotic disorder refilling dishes and machines slow and often not done. tables reserved in dining room but left empty while people wandered looking for a place to sit. This seemed more to us a 3 star hotel which possibly pays a premium to have a 4 star status. Cold pool by reserved sunbeds, reception staff that speak poor English and do not deliver urgent faxes ( coach pick up times issued to hotel but left in desk). no info on how to operate room ac/heater. slow and old lifts that were disquieting to use

My room was very clean and the staff wonderful and helpful. Although I spoke no Spanish, every effort was made to understand my requests and satisfy them. I felt very much at home even with the other guests who appear to be regulars.

Litet svårt att förstå att hotellet har fyra stjärnor Hål (=slitet) i handdukar och sängkläder Kakel och vask i badrummet fulla av sprickor Toppentrevlig städpersonal Relativt ”onyttig” frukostbuffé; få hälsosamma alternativ Rummet för tre personer var litet

Mi esperiencia compocas palabras es innapropiada en comida en cena la cama fatal selebantaban las patas el baño todo estallado yo noloaconsejo mala esperiencia ....para aparcar tienes quedar mas de una hora y buscar aparcamiento tubimos que pagar de una tarde ala mañana seguida 25 euros y en unos aparcamientos de otro otel ...HORRIBLE YO NO BOLBERE MAS NI LO ACONSEJO

Plus: Ligger centralt i Martianesdistriktet, nära havet samt nära till restauranger och butiker. Rummet helt ok. WiFi bra för normala behov. Bra sängar. Rent på rummet. Minus: Dålig mat både på frukost och middag med litet utbud och ingen smak. Man brukar alltid hitta något som är ok att äta, men här gick det nästan inte. Dåligt särskilt som det anges som ett 4-stjärning hotell!

Buenas semana, el hotel ha cumplido las expectativas para el descanso, buena situación, el único pero, el aparcar por la zona, tiene parking, pero muy pocas plazas, no se puede reservar.
