The old room, the toilet is running continuously, calling for repair 2 times to fix it. Poor breakfast, old food from the previous day. Opposite quite noisy, there is still loud music late at night, so the whole family is tired so they can still sleep. However, the attitude of employees is good and enthusiastic! The next time I return to Ha Long, I will not choose this hotel anymore.

I am very pleased because the hotel is in the center, beautiful view room, panoramic view of Sunworld and the sea, the staff are very friendly, support early check in. Minus points: Bathroom showers are not good.

The hotel is not as old as expected 4-star standard. Family room is required to be on the same floor and adjacent one on the 3rd floor and 3 minutes on the 11th floor. The hair dryer is broken. Generally not reaching 4 stars. Breakfast did not come out after breakfast.
