The location is really good because it is right in front of Koiwa Station. But a bit far from the center station. If the plane lands in Narita, this location is convenient, but if the airport is in Haneda, it is very far. There is no lift from the ground floor so you have to carry suitcases up a fairly high flight of stairs.

The hotel is very close to Keisei Koiwa Station so going anywhere is really easy, the rooms are super complete and clean even though they are a bit small, very close to 7-11 and several food shops. Highly recommended!

Very close to Keisei Koiwa Station, the hotel room is quite complete not cramped, there are washing machine facilities, close to Sento, where to eat & supermarkets, staff are very helpful, some are proficient in English, some are not but still very friendly. I was fortunate to be able to check in early (with a little extra) 👍👍👍👍

I had a very pleasant stay here. They provided so much accommodations that I wondered why I even bothered bringing any with me. The hotel is near a supermarket and there is a food shop near the hotel that’s open 24/7 (it’s also super good). They have cleaning service everyday too. The hotel is near the train station (Keisei line), so it makes it easy to travel to different places. If I were to come to Japan again I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Some reception staff are nice, some not. The hotel was very old, and the refrigerator didn't work. Near train station and easy access to the airport but far from the city area needs pay a lot for transfer

Have to go up the stairs to the lobby. Get ready to carry a suitcase or baby push. Very close to Keisei-Koiwa Station. But we did not hear the train noise at all. The room is small or spacious depending on how many beds in the room. The crew is very friendly. Especially if we speak Japanese even though a word or two, they will be very happy. At that time we ordered a double bed that was only intended for one person, but it turns out we will fill it with two people. We get a charge of 1,000 yen per night. Very many food stores and Gourmet supermarkets are our favorites! Actually, if for tours in Tokyo, this hotel is quite far. Half an hour to downtown Tokyo.

The location is very close from train station. easy access to Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa, Nippori and Ueno.

I want to let hotel change “Toilet seat” because old and don't have warm system, windows have a lot of dust, pillow have bad smell
