We were looked after very well, quiet also

the walls to my room were poorly insulated. I awoke at 4am to the sounds of my neighbour vomiting loudly several times. The carpet was stained in a lot of places and needed a good clean, or replacement. Good location, but property does need renovations or thorough cleaning.

We had an awesome holiday at the double story apartment. Had everything we needed and bonus things like washer-dryer and a secondary toilet was appreciated. Parking was a bit tight but understandable as we were smack in the middle of town. Staff we interacted with were lovely. Would highly recommend!

Room was perfect and the amenities were good as well, would stay again.

Fantastic Josh, Servet and Simone are the best . I stay there because of the care i receive and professionalism of front desk . Love the stay great location too, Restaurants , shopping and the park are all within walking distance.

This hotel has some good points. It's old, thus the rooms are large. I had a nice street view and a spa bath in my room. It is also central in the city, and easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. They have onsite parking too. Unfortunately, the hotel also has some not-so-good points. The main one for me was the constant noise I could heard in my room all night. It sounded like an A/C system, but mine was off. Maybe it was a water pump or water heating system, but whatever it was, it kept me awake. This place is ok, but frankly there are much better offerings in Mildura, so I doubt I'll be back.

I spent a week at the Mecure whilst back in Mildura for a visit. It was my first stay at this hotel and I think I'll be back. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities were clean and well looked after and staff friendly and helpful. The location was also a bonus with a short walk to the mall, several restaurants and the Settlers or Working Man's Clubs. I was also a fan of the cool lift, which is an attraction all of its own!

The property was not what we expected of a Mercure. The building area we stayed in was old and tired, carpets was bit tired and dirty. And bathroom had problems. Bed was hard. Saved somewhat front office by staff being friendly and supportive. I will not stay again, as the price value equation was ordinary.

The hotel is an old historic place with character. It’s not ‘5 star’ but it’s clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly.Well worth the money paid.

Clean hotel, a little dates in rooms. But it is very clean and central.
