Check-in is always very slow. Breakfast had many choices. Air conditioner worked well. TV didn't work well. Overall, an ok hotel but not sure the price is worth it for Mexico.

This hotel was very clean. Food was good and the staff was amazing. Very professional,very helpful, they were very quick to accommodate with stuff that we needed.

We got entry cards to a room that was occupied. Next Room was clean. Bed was hard. Really uncomfortable. Wifi did not work. Not sure if it was because of the room mixup because that's how they determine your login through room number and name.
