The hotel is excellent! They have luggage scales available and offer a taxi service. The housekeeping staff are kind and the service is great. There's a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. It's also close to Hakata station. They even provide pajamas! The bathroom is shared (shower and toilet).

Quite near from the station. Family Mart and Lawson are just a few steps away. Clean room and the overall is convenient.

When I drained the bathtub, water overflowed from the drain. It was late at night, which was inconvenient. The room itself was a bit cramped because of the extra bed, but it was comfortable.

The room was clean and simple.

Convenient transportation, there are many convenience stores nearby. The room is a bit small, almost can't put the luggage. Breakfast is okay but not much variety.

The stay at Hakata was warm, clean, and felt safe. The rooms might be a bit small for accommodating several large suitcases, but the cleaning service was done daily. The staff were polite, and they helped arrange a taxi for our return trip. We didn’t have breakfast during this trip. It was a family trip with parents and a child, and the bed was somewhat narrow for three people to sleep together. However, the location was convenient, not too far from Hakata Station, making it a recommended option. Around the hotel, there were 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores. Additionally, there was a 24-hour restaurant next to the hotel with very delicious food.

Small room but conveniently located near train stations, supermarket, BIC. They offer cleaning of the room every 3 days of stay. They also have complimentary donuts every 3 PM and coffee all day.

Just bed a little hard. Breakfast was awesome and at a great price. Some dust in the room around the table but overall quite clean. Clean sheets and towels. Nice bathroom. Have laundromat and ice machine. Have iron and luggage weigher, plus microwave in the lobby. Free coffee and ice-cream making in the lobby. Lawson and Family Mart nearby. Overall a very good hotel.

The room is quite small, but I think it's general in Japan. The room is clean and the location is awesome (near Hakata station). The reception is also helpful.

Great location. Staff are so welcoming and kind. Value for Money. The room given to us is a little bigger from the normal room, which is great since we have 1 kid. They have free coffee (24/7) and icecream in the afternoon. 🥰.
