Excellent room, the only oddity was that the layout did not include a bathroom door. (The nearby shower door could provide some cover when opened)

Great and helpful staff and cant beat price for location. Elevator and ac a plus, tho mattress not the best and ac seems to turn itself off during the night. Would stay here again.

It was a perfect location and the staff was super kind and helpful. I had a room with a balcony and opening the window to the street below was wonderful.

Coffee machine in my room vibrated and big cup flipped hot coffee all over the floor. I immediately went to front desk and told the manager that hotel should use smaller espresso cups. Since nothing was offered but a towel (to clean up my mess) I drank coffee in the lobby.

The location of the hotel is excellent! The staff and cleanliness were great. The only issue we had was on the last night there was no hot water to take a shower. I called the front desk about the issue, and I was advised they were having problems with the hotel’s water heater.

Great location with lovely little room and rooftop to sit.

It is a great value for the price. Near Atocha, museums, and metro stations. The room was minimalist but more than adequate. No breakfast is offered but there is a refrigerator in the room and a complimentary coffee machine in lobby, in addition to the expresso machine in the room.

Great hospitality and location.

The location is wonderful as it’s a quick walk from the train station and not far to walk to anything tourist related. The check in was fine but immediately told that for both nights there that there was a water issue. No hot water. Wouldn’t be fixed until after we left. The room was clean and well made up however the air conditioning didn’t work at all and it’s loud all throughout the night so couldn’t leave a door open. If there was a guarantee of hot water and working air condition, would stay again, otherwise not happy that we paid full price for amenities we didn’t get.

In the city centre, so plenty of amenities nearby, and the railway station a very short walk away. Staff helpful, but room was very small.

Really nice and comfortable hotel they had free coffee and tea at reception and we enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean good for a couple, perfect location just 10-15 minutes walk to downtown, quite area, I was able to leave my luggage after the check-out. ATOCHA station was only 10min away perfect if you have to take a train to your next destination.

The receptionist, Eliana, was exceptionally friendly, helpful and good fun. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and quiet. Free REAL coffee 24 hours in lobby was terrific. Coffee machine in room a bit dodgy more than once. And room was a bit cold and didn't respond to the controls. Good, strong hot water.
