Every day, I needed to go to the reception and requested to activate my key. Only one elevator works, and the room service that says until 11:30pm, close at 8pm!!

Everything is fresh, the food if delicious, the service is excellent and the parking is safe.

Everything was great except our sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained slowly.

Their dining room was less than ‘good’. Cannot recommend for dinner. The room was clean & spacious & comfortable. For those with mobility restrictions, there is an elevator from the lobby to the guest rooms, HOWEVER, the only way down to the street level is by ~15 stairs or a steep paved downhill walk.

Room was falling apart the shower door , the faucet the shower pressure was low very noisy the room was never cleaned and the staff was talking about management issues while there were cleaning as well guess

The place looks very old and the staff was not friendly enough.

The rooms are clean, but the sheets, towels, and bedspreads are all very old; they need to be replaced with new ones.

Water pressure of shower needs work and lack of hot water.

The staff is good, the room are outdated they need to urgent remodel the TVs are little small for the new standard at least 45 inches

Needs to some work with air conditioner remote control are old too old. Needs improve access cards. almost every night needs to reactivate them Needs to follow up issues.

Breakfast was great especially the lady making the tortillas

Salvo algunos inconvenientes con el mantenimiento de las llaves del agua y falla del control de encendido de la T.V. todo lo demás está bien. A mi esposa y a mí nos gusta el Buffet para desayunar., es variado y sabroso. La atención del personal nos agrada mucho, son amables y serviciales. Conozco este hotel desde hace más de 25 años y siempre he tenido buena estancia en él, aunque a ultimas fechas noto algo de deterioro. Está muy bien ubicado a unas cuantas cuadras de la Basilica de Zapopan.

Also, the terrible Wi-Fi connection is almost useless. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is spotless and beautiful. Although it might need a good renovation, it is pleasant and calm.
