The hotel is centrally located, convenient for dining. The hotel's interior is beautiful. However, a major drawback is its extremely poor soundproofing; anyone walking or talking in the hallway can be heard very clearly. This made it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep because the noise was too obvious.

The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. My only suggestion is that the air conditioning in the elevator is a bit too hot.

The staff were soft-spoken, polite, and enthusiastic. The location is super convenient. The room was lovely, but a bit small, and the soundproofing didn't seem very good. The TV was old because I couldn't watch YouTube. Overall, the experience was quite good, and I will return.

The location is not too far to the other side of the Imperial City and is still quite new Pros: The design in the lobby area is very beautiful and has a modern Indochinese color, with a lot of natural light and super beautiful hanging paintings. The staff is quite good and professional, the breakfast buffet is interesting and the space is clean and tidy. Cons: The room is only 25m2 but the interior layout takes up all the space, there is no balcony and the ceiling is very low (low compared to apartment ceiling standards), so it creates a stuffy feeling, the toilet door needs to be maintained because it takes a lot of force to close it each time. There is no soundproofing here, so even if there is a little noise outside, you can hear it in the room.

Not quiet at night, train and vehicle horns, late night noise of moving tables and chairs affects the quality of rest.

With this price, the area and interior are only about 4-star hotels. I booked a room more than a week in advance but was assigned to a room far away without 2 single beds on Valentine's Day. A very frustrating experience staying here. The hotel does not have breakfast. No Rcm
