Did not seem like a VIP package of amenities.

I liked everything about the place. We had a very nice room overlooking the park but only being spoiled by the strange characters who talked loud to early morning hours every night. Otherwise I have only a praise for the hotel.

We had an early flight and they happily stored our bags until we could check in.

A good hotel to stay at. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet with your room cost, great location.

I loved my stay, sadly the roof top pool was not open because of renocation. For me it was a bit to load with the traffic in the middle of the city.

We chose this property for a layover between flights without knowing anything about the Azores. We were pleasantly surpised with the luxurious hotel right in the old town and close to the beach.We also had an excellent dinner in their restaurant (tune and swordfish) and the included breakfast was excellent.

The staff was wonderful. It was a very spacious hotel room (which is hard to find in Europe). It was very close to downtown and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Talisman.

The rooms were clean and large and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There is parking for extra 6E per day. The staff, especially some of the front desk give off an inapproachable vibe and getting information from them was frustrating. They seemed very unhappy. The area outside had a handful of homeless me who made us feel uncomfortable. They were there consistently during our entire visit and at times loud.

Great Accessibility to the city sites and restaurants

Everything was excellent. Staffs were super kind and helpful.

Everything was very nice however due to construction, it was a bit loud at times and the pool was not working. Otherwise, excellent staff and place.
