It's good. It's close to the train station. The room is small but has all the necessary amenities.

Location was quite good but not for the room.. so dusty... u should think twice for choosing the room space.. but if u dont mind, this hotel was quite good...so many places nearby...

The room isn't the same with the picture. Slighly dark for me for the lamp. The building and room looks quite old. Breakfast was okay and hotel is clean also the location is good. Maybe need some improve for the brightness in the room. I expect a better experience from my last stay.

The staff are not all friendly, the location is also not very strategic, far from everywhere, especially those who use the JR pass, don't stay here. What's worse, the rooms are old-fashioned, stuffy and really uncomfortable, lots of dust too. Don't come here if you want to stay.

The hotel is very clean, complete facilities, comfortable, the service was very friendly. The hotel is close to the train station and close to tourist attractions namely Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. We only walk about 10 minutes. This hotel is highly recommended for those who want a vacation to Japan, especially in Shinjuku.

Location is very near to train station exits, bus terminal to Gotemba, a few blocks from Don Quijote and other shopping malls. Many restaurants in the nearby area.
