Great location in Miraflores, near to larcomar , so many restaurants around the area, rooms in the hotel are spacious, breakfast is included, customer service is 👌 awesome

Room was good. Could be a little more cleaner. The carpet was old . We reached 3am and the front desk didnt get the right copy of passport for me n my daughter. So they called us 4am in the morning while we went to sleep, knocked on the door and asked for passports so they can make copies. Could have waited till morning though! That was really annoying, since I had to go to the lobby with the passports.
Anyway breakfast was good.

I really like the front desk staff. My room was clean and conveniently there was a spa downstairs. Not that they have anything to do with it but there is a lot of street noise that is tough to get over and tell you finally fall asleep. The bed was comfortable the food was good.

I only stay for one night and im planing to go back but, the first night i was chargw $20 fie my younger kid when i did actually made thw redervation for 2 adults and 3 kids so i really dont understand why they charged me that because my kid is 7, so now im going back on the 22 and im afraid they will charge me $20 extra for each night then i dont want to stay there.

Great room , huge with a jacuzzi in the corner. Staff lovely and very helpful. Breakfast okay for non vegans but there wasn’t much I could eat apart from fruit.

Super friendly staff! When i asked for help with the tv cable they sent me someone to assist me right away! The only thing I would say is different from every other hotel I went to was that they had a $7 fee for a lunch box other than that, it was a great hotel!

Miramar has very poor customer service. They accused me of damage that was already there when I checked in and threatened to charge me for it. I requested they speak to their cleaning staff as they would have seen this damage several times before. Eventually, the staff confirmed this damage was not mine. Why you would accuse a guest without verifying with your own staff is beyond me, unless it is a scam they have done on other guests in the past. I will never stay at this hotel again.
