Great location with good vibe at night but honestly overpriced for the size of the room.

Beautiful rooms in a great location. Be prepared for traffic noise based on the location. Best option for parking is $25 (Canadian) per day.

Our room was modern and well appointed. The bed and linens were luxurious. It was very convinent to walk to all the tourist spots. The on-site restaurant was convenient and offered a great menu.

if you wanna stay in downtown Victoria, it would be the best place ever. It is safe and accessible to everything, tourist spot, food, etc.

Everything was wonderful, I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. Bartu was especially helpful. One note by way of continuous improvement (we all can), I should not have to ask multiple times to have the living space vacuumed.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful. Above and beyond service to help us after check out when we’d left behind items. No on site laundry.

It wasn’t the cleanliest hotel and for me this is a must. The price for one night was ridiculous, especially given the shape of it. 0/10 recommend.

Such a pretty hotel! However my only feedback would be if a room is on the main street the windows desperately need to be replaced. They are so think i thought several times our windows were open. Made for a tough night of sleep. I would come back if not for that.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and gracious. We felt very at home I particularly loved the special treats left for us to enjoy.The Occitan bath products, were also lovely and made our room smell so nice! Thank you all for making our anniversary extra special!!

Had a great stay here and booked this place due to proximity of downtown. Room was very big and coffee maker was a great bonus. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful through out. Would definitely stay here again.
