Next door to Golden Park Sorocaba Hotel... belongs to same chain. Simple but worthy.

When booking rooms to another country, it can be a bit stressful, not knowing if they will honor the rates or what condition of the rooms. I made a reservation for 19 rooms for a group of 23. The front desk people had everything ready when we checked in before noon, all the details perfect. Not one glitch. The restaurant is great, serving a full buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Very fresh food with nice selections and the servers were very accommodating. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely use it again when visiting in the Sorocaba/Votorantim area.

Very good hotel for the money you pay. It has a nice restaurant and a good enough buffet. The area is really Industrial and away of any town life, but we used it to get to Tomorrowland in Itu so it worked perfectly for what we wanted. Recommended if you need to stay in the area.

Nice room, comfy bed, the food of the restaurant was delicious. Pool was nice and clean, If you're heading to Tomorrowland is the place to go!

Hotel ok, mas o ar condicionado estava parecendo um ventilador não conseguimos dormir a noite com o vento vindo em nossas cabeças, a área de piscina não tem assento para todos os hóspedes, tivemos que ficar sentados no chão. Quadra em péssima condição de uso. A capela é bonita. Secador não funcionava, mas me arrumaram outro. Demora no preparo dos pra, levou 1 hora para vir uma caipirinha.

Os quartos necessitam de manutenção, com lençóis e toalhas bastante desgastados. O café da manhã é bom. O hotel possui grande potencial, porém precisa passar por um processo de modernização e revitalização

O café da manhã, não tem variedade e ao pedir um ovo frito fui informada que tinha que pagar.

Colchão não adequado

Para a virada não tinha estrutura tinha muita gente e os garçons não conseguiram dar conta um lanche demorou 2 horas para ser feito e entregue a muitas pessoas

Hotel muito top, já fui outras vezes, e vou continuar sempre indo lá, muito bom o atendimento e a hospedagem!
