Beautiful place large space, close to town, good break.

Stayed one night, whilst travelling through the country. Hotel is okay, but nothing special and expensive when compared to other hotels in Czechia. Room was very small and dark, wifi connection could only be gained by standing near bedroom door and the surprise cost of parking at €10 per night drops them a point (this is not a big city and parking is not hard to find.

Charimng old world hotel in convenient location. Get the deal that includes dinner and breakfast.

It's a great place to stay in the middle of everything. Walking distance to everywhere in the center of town.

Fantastic apartment/ huge with amazing character. Breakfast was excellent and hotel was located right by downtown. Parking is extra but the garage is indoors, which is especially great in the winter. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Only complaint is that the shower head is too low to shower with and there is no splash guard (for showering).

Huge apartment and very comfortable. Had a full kitchen, however there were no racks in the oven, or anything to cook with eat eat on/with. I hadn't planned to cook there and booked the room for the space, but it is curious there is a working kitchen which can't be used unless you bring everything needed to cook. There was also a monstrous rubber plant in the room. Seriously huge.

This very friendly comfortable hotel is close to the main Spa sites of the town and is just round the corner from shops, restaurants and banks yet remains peacefully secluded. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the en suite was large and clean. We had a safe if needed and free wi fi was available. Breakfast was included in the reasonable price and was adequate with a fair choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definately stay here again if travelling in the area.

Arrivived 9pm to be told no food available hot or cold in the hotel and no local restaurants apart from sister hotel a mile away which was full.ate at a recommended local bar couple of minutes away only to discover next morning that to minutes further on Main Street full of bars and restaurants. Hotel staff claim to speak German and Russian only. Location and room however where excellent. Breakfast limited but good

The room was huge, always cosy - bed was comfy, clean.

A long soak in the bath took away the hours spent driving in the rain to get here. The room, while slightly on the small side, had beautiful furniture and stripped wooden floors. The large bed had a goldilocks mattress (not too firm, nor too soft). Check in took a while, although check out was more efficient. The garage is very safe, but only holds 9 cars. Breakfast was good, with a range of cold meats and cheeses, cereals and fruit, as well as a few hot dishes. The juice wasn't fresh, though, and the service was slow when trying to get coffee, although that could have been because we were there very early.

Our suite in the third floor has been very spacious and one little thing what we have enjoyed very much was a very pleasant smell of two big wardrobes inside. Small minus for too few TV channels availability. Nice staff in the hotel. And delicious dinner, very tasty! Thanks once more!

Were in Suite and it was quite big but the rooms felt empty and unfriendly. U cant get a food delivered to your room. I had to pay for parking 10€ even in hotels own garage.

Friendly and attentive , knowledgeable staff - a pleasure to stay. Breakfast was fresh, substantial and staff in the breakfast room was very attentive. We would recommend this hotel to any of our friends heading to the western Czech republic ; definitively worth the drive from Karlovy Vary to rather stay there. Wonderful experience, and we are already planning to come back. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Our best experience , hotel-wise, in our entire trip to Europe ( Holland, Belgium, Germany, Czech Rep.).

A few things to note - the hotel does not have onsite swimming or sauna. It's at their partner hotel, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. They do have a very small spa - but book your appointment EARLY if you want to get in. The service at the front desk was FABULOUS - absolutely top notch. (Hooray Silke!) The service in the restaurant, not so much - but the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Room was big and comfortable. Next time we will likely choose a hotel with bigger spa options - but honestly, I was so happy with what we got for our money here that I have no complaints.

Wir hatten für ein paar Tage ein Apartment im Hotel gebucht. Ausgestattet mit einer praktischen Küche, einem Wohnzimmer, Flur, Bad mit Dusche und WC, und einem großen Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber und das Mobilar in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Einziges Manko ist die sehr enge Garage mit einer schmalen Zufahrt, die für SUV nicht geeignet ist. Für das Parken werden 10Euro pro Tag berechnet.
