Great room (free upgrade) and location. The staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good business and leisure hotel located in front of the beach and easily walkable to restaurants and jangada sailboat rides to sea. There are nicer beaches further away from town.

Good hotel to stay a day, walk in the beach, we stayed there for 1 night before our flight. Good breakfast and good access to the beach.

Amazing stay. Staff was always helpful, the area around is super walkable and safe. The room was quiet and comfortable. Only minor comment is that the pool restaurant could have more options. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing buffet breakfast with so many choices of bread, meats, fresh fruit, juices, Brazilian specialties, omelets, etc. Location across from the beach was excellent—we walked along the waterfront & beach. There was a beginning surf excursion nearly in front of the hotel on the beach. Minor inconvenience was that the parking was valet not self park, but was quick & very low price per day.

Nice hotel at Pajuçara beach front, spacious room, the widest bed i have ever slept, i had to “roll” to reach my wife, two queen beds together. Breakfast was very good, hotel staff very friendly.

Loved it. Very clean . Safe. Beautiful pool area . Quiet at night which is important to us as my husband is a light sleeper .Breakfast buffet was amazing . Staff was also great. Very happy with my decision to stay here . Will definitely stay again. Honestly can’t believe it’s a best western . Back home they are not this nice .

It’s only OK

Got to check in early. Which was a plus because of an early flight. Room was spacious, clean , modern. Staff was super helpful. The maids would leave hand written notes of well wishes everyday with candy. Just a overall great experience staying there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Maceió. Also it’s in the best location

Nice hotel but very expensive at €200 a night, staff charged extra but eventually got refund and staff ringing after 11 pm at night looking for payment at earlier meal that other staff member put on my tab... big mess

Slowest Restaurant- two other small diners and we waited 40 minutes for simple breakfast…. .on check out- Credit card pmt none working so needed to pay cash - ridiculous. Old building, needs a complete renovation.

Was my second time in this hotel and like before was great. I had problem with my reservation but was Expedia faulty and the from desk did the best to help me.

I've been in this hotel several time. The Hotel itself is clean, the service is fantastic, the breakfast is very good. However the internet is terrible, some time didn't work at all. NEED improvement.
