Such a strategic location, the receptionist was so helpful.

The location is excellent, close to the train station, tram, and the CBD, including Marvell Stadium and numerous dining options. It's very comfortable, with enough room to accommodate a large suitcase.

Location wise it's good, close to the train station and tram stops, however the cleanliness of the hotel room needs a lot of improvement, the housekeeping of the room where i stayed did a mediocre job at cleaning the room and out of the 7 days i stayed, they missed 3 days not cleaning the room.

Stayed here for 7 nights with my family. Requested for same level and was fulfilled. Late check-out request was fulfilled to 12 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. Upon check-out, staff was kind enough to let us keep our bags in their space as our flight is only at 6 p.m. Location was just beside the Southern Cross station, you might need to explore "short-cuts" to gain access to city as there are designated lifts nearby instead of climbing the stairs. Overall good experience and place is not so busy compared to in CBD.

The hotel was clean, and the location was not far away from Southern Cross Station.

Location was great. However the room wasn't cleaned even though we asked to clean it. Hotel is great, but it will be better to give more attention to detail.

I was charged for 2 nights for 3 guests but only given 2 beds plus a very tired sofa bed. Towels for 2 people. No tea bags. When we asked for some we were given 4 only. Trying to get a refund from agent was very tedious. I found them to be very loose with the truth.

The hotel is near to the skybus terminal and southern cross station, very convenient for us who explored the CBD area. There is a quick route to get to Collin st tram station. Check in was quick and the room was clean and comfy.

Strategic location, everywhere near, very friendly service.

great hotel with great location, just a few hundred meters from souther cross stations, and close to 11/48 trams as well. The amenities as complete as well with full working microwave, plates and bowls.

The location is very strategic, easy to find modes of transportation, clean rooms and friendly service.

The room is just the right size. The interior is simple but very clean and complete with everything that a traveler needs.

I am satisfied to stay at Travelodge Docklands. The location is quite strategic with the city center and not too far from supermarkets, souvenir shops and shelters. And the service is standard in most hotels.

Great location beside southern cross station

The location of the hotel is very close to southern cross station. Plus it's on melb CBD so it's free for us to moves places around CBD by catching the free trams. The hotel itself is quite new and modern. The room has decent size, not like hostel size room. Had a very wonderful experience during our two night stay @melb. Definitely will choose travelodge again when I get back here.
