We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.

The Hotel was fantastic. Great room, very comfortable bed, excellent water pressure. Very clean too. Staff were great. I had one of the best massages at the hotel spa! Breakfast at Epoc was delicious. Location of the hotel is also unbeatable. We cannot wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing! It’s small but cozy and super clean, everyone was so helpful and amazing and it’s in the middle of everything. Definitely will stay there again

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location within the Walled City! The greenery around the courtyard and pool area was gorgeous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also loved Época restaurant attached. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, a very central and walkable area, and a very good breakfast. I disliked the very noisy bed.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel and room were lovely. The staff attentive.

The rooms were magnificent. Impecable clean, and nice beds and bathroom. Way before to arrive, the staff were helpful extremely friendly. They helped me to coordinate transportation from airport to hotel, tour by the city, tour by boat. There were above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We want to stay longer, but we have to return to the real world. Without any hesitation, I will recommend Valeria the manager, and the incredible people who are part of her team. We'll comeback in the future, and we'll pick the same hotel for sure

The Staff ..ALL.. could not be more friendly, charming AND helpful. We found it difficult to keep the room temperature comfortable and the duvet was much to heavy to be comfortable. It would be helpful to have a straight 'chair' in the room. The location is great and again, the staff made it easy, giving directions help with transportation. This is a very charming hotel and it is a very good choice to see Cartagena easily. Would recommend to friends and fellow travelers.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The spa services were excellent—relaxing, professional, and a highlight of our visit. The food was also very good, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!
