The hotel is very nicely designed and the spa facilities are amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was average, but staff were helpful and friendly. Not all the reception staff were that friendly or helpful however - in particular, one lady was short with me, she actually did not listen to me properly and assumed I didn’t have a spa reservation so I had to stay calm and reiterate 4x that I already had a reservation whilst each time she got more annoyed..she got it eventually! The extra payment for car parking is currently not explicitly mentioned in the hotels.com listing which would be good for the hotel to rectify and update this..

This would have been the perfect stay for what I needed however the reception staff were unhelpful and the showers were freezing cold. I reported this on checkout as I had to catch a flight and was told there’s no issue. The showers are freezing cold don’t stay here

This hotel came as a very pleasant surprise. I booked last minute, and was impressed with the result. This is a new hotel, spa and fitness centre set alone in parkland within the Prague city limits. So, even though you are still in the city, it can at times feel like peaceful countryside. The area is used by families for walking and the police to exercise their horses! The hotel is equipped with possibly the best hotel gym ever (extra charges apply) and there is a spa also. There is a bar and restaurant with outdoor seating. It is a short walk from a metro station and you can get up the hill on the bus. Prague transport also takes credit card by pay wave - easy. Staff and check-in were efficient.

Nice hotel , far away from everything. Room was clean. Spa is nice, but you have to pay for it separately. Even to go yo Gym, you have to pay. Would recommend this place if you do not need to be in the city center

Amazing value! Top notch amenities, the best breakfast buffet I've had in Europe thus far, Free parking, 10 min walk to transport to get you anywhere in the city. Mall within 5 min walk. I will be back!

It is just good, I expected more because all the spa theme. Shower space is too small.

Service and Hotel exceptional

The hotel was very clean and new. I booked a two bedroom suite which was lovely. The free parking and proximity to airport was also a plus factor. However, there are no restaurants within walking distance and you have to drive out to dine. The hotel also forgot to provide for things which travellers need, like bottled water, kettle, coffee/tea bags, sockets at the table for charging laptops and other mobile devices (there is a lack of sockets). Another strange feature is that there are many steps in the passageway leading to the rooms you cannot conveniently wheel you luggage. Finally, although there is a large gym, you have to pay to use the gym. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Excellent hotel with free gym very close to the airport

Lovely hotel, helpful staff! Hotel is a short walk from the metro station which will take you anywhere you want to go in Prague. You can buy 24 hour metro passes from reception. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. Perfect place to stay for anyone who doesn't mind walking and wants to stay in the quiet! Would definitely recommend.

My room had a terrible problem, noise. So I couldn't have a deep sleep. But the staff didn't change the room.

We got checked in to the great corner room. It was pleasant surprised to get huge room and located on the quiet corner. We love how the hotel manager very attentive when they made the mistake charged us twice but it all solved. Parking is free and breakfast was included. Overall we loved this hotel and definitely will return to this hotel when we visit Prague again.

Good location for airport. Gym and facilities good. Great breakfast. Hotel is a little worn in places and could do with minor refurbishment in the rooms. Location not great if you don’t have a car.

The hotel is modern, very clean and has ample parking and easy access to Prague's center. The restaurant was fabulous with a wide selection of traditional and continental dishes. However, the rooms are not air conditioned which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. There were no amenities included such as bathrobes, slippers, lotion, etc. Also, though it is a spa and fitness hotel where you would expect to pay for spa services, even access to the gym was an additional cost! This was very disappointing.
