Parking location is confusing and difficult drive around if missed. The staff in addition to being rude are not helping.

Rooms are well appointed, secure parking and breakfast staff friendly. Limited selection of places to eat in the area. The hotel is corporate and attracts large groups.

Allegro was booked as it was nearby hospital where my husband was taken after a fall in Granada. He needed surgery and a two day stay turned into 12 days. The staff were a great help and very understanding as I had to book my room on a day to day basis. I felt safe and secure while I was there on my own. The restaurant and cafeteria food was lovely especially the cafeteria as it was just enough for me. The rooftop pool was a lovely relaxing place after a day spent in the hospital

The towels are old and not cleaned properly. There was a huge cockroach in my room the 2nd day, I sealed all drains and sink to prevent others coming out.

Allegro hotel was good, staff were very helpful. Daily house keeping was good. Maybe this is a Europe thing, but the only downside for us was that there was no flannels or face wash cloths, which is disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at the Allegro Hotel in Granada. Even tho the hotel is a little bit further away from the center, you can easily walk to the center and there’s plenty of options for dinning and shopping around. We loved our room, it was modern, nice and clean. Definitely will recommend!

Great hotel outside of Granada (about 20 mins walk into town). Great shower and breakfast. A little noisy in the corridors at night, but otherwise good.

Nice pool, good breakfast, gluten free and lactose free options, clean. Limited dining around the hotel. Supermarket is a 10 to 15 minutes walk. Room is very basic. Beds really comfortable.

Its a good clean hotel about a 15 minute walk from the center. There are bus services going past nearby but unless you know which routes to use, not much help. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and couteous. Breakfast buffet has a good variety. There are a few restaurants and Tapas bars within a block or two, all pleasant. The rooftop pool was not available for use and seemed to be awaiting repairs. The room had soap and shower gel but no other frills. The mini fridge was set to minimum and barely kept things cool. The weather outside was warm, but not enough to need the use of the airconditioner, so can't comment on that. The bed was comfortable and large but just on the slightly 'soft' side of firm. Overall a good hotel.

We stayed 4 days during which my wife was sick and could not leave the hotel for 2 full days. there is a restaurant open for breakfast only. Other that that a small selection from a vending area - crisps, sandwiches, Chocolates & a coffee machine. There is no ability to make tea or coffee in the room and they could not provide a kettle. I do not understand why this is a 4* hotel. It does not have the amenities to deserve this rating
