The hotel is well kept and clean, we love the daily breakfast with good variety and choices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Granada city centre and nearby to Alhambra. Our only comment is that the hotel sign needs to be lit up and more prominent. For an out of town visitors, we drove around twice before noticing the hotel.

Nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately our room was a little tired. The floor was showing signs of wear.

The location is not the best

In general the hotel is good and clean. Breakfast buffet is great. Bad thing: phones in rooms do not work and there was no TV remote control in the room and I had to go down to the reception a couple times.

Great place to stay while in Granada.

Friendly staff, clean room and offers free luggage storage after checkout. I couldn’t find the cover, but two bed sheets in the room. Felt a little bit cold after the midnight.

This hotel was awesome! It was very family friendly, really clean and the staff was amazing. Loved the location and the pool was grand.

Great stay overall. Room was very nice. A bit outside the centre so you will need a car. Checking in and out was super easy!

Parking location is confusing and difficult drive around if missed. The staff in addition to being rude are not helping.

Rooms are well appointed, secure parking and breakfast staff friendly. Limited selection of places to eat in the area. The hotel is corporate and attracts large groups.

Allegro was booked as it was nearby hospital where my husband was taken after a fall in Granada. He needed surgery and a two day stay turned into 12 days. The staff were a great help and very understanding as I had to book my room on a day to day basis. I felt safe and secure while I was there on my own. The restaurant and cafeteria food was lovely especially the cafeteria as it was just enough for me. The rooftop pool was a lovely relaxing place after a day spent in the hospital

Clean and exactly what is needed for short stay.

The towels are old and not cleaned properly. There was a huge cockroach in my room the 2nd day, I sealed all drains and sink to prevent others coming out.

Safe and walkable distance from shops and restaurants.
