This is a beautiful property only 10 minutes from Gävle, peaceful, roomy and everything you need to be comfortable.

Wonderful stay nice location, clean and comfortable.

Hotels grounds are beautiful. Morning breakfast is good, as well as the restaurant food. Service is ok. Friendly, but slow. Out hotel room heater was on very high (it was 70 F outside) or room was near 80z. So hot that my entire family could not sleep. We opened the doors on the patio to let cold air in and that caused the heater to start working overtime. Lose lose. Ac/hester is controlled centrally and the staff could not assist with their maintenance guy out.

The place was impeccable and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with good variety to suit everyone. The grounds and location couldn't be nicer if you just want to relax. Not a whole lot of commerce or restaurants around. There was a big supermarket a 5 minute drive away. My only issue was with the front desk not being open after a certain time, it said to call the hotell if arriving after 16.00 so we arrived earlier hoping to check in and go out to enjoy the day, but the guy at the front desk couldn't check us in before 15.00, so... you're supposed to arrive between 15.00 and 16.00?! That's not very convenient if you want to do something a little further away. Anyway, it worked out but I thought this was inconvenient.

We were three adults and three kids under 10 staying in one of the lodges. They were more spacious than expected and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need for a stay. We couldn’t figure out the aircon so it was a bit warm. The pool was being renovated during our stay (which the hotel had communicated to us on several occasions before the stay, which was great to know). It looked like it’d be a great addition though! The property itself is nice with beautiful views and nice amenities such as an outdoor gym and free of charge mini golf, but messy, there was trash left in the grass. Not sure if all the regular staff was on vacation but all employees we interacted with seemed like it was their first day at the job, which meant we were often left waiting for them to check things or things just moved slow. Overall a lovely stay with kids though and I would recommend on hot summer days once the pool is up and running!

Nice play to stay very scenic and quite.

The staff made it easy to do remote check in -we had no questions - really well looked after unit and having two full bathrooms makes it easy for a family to coordinate!

Very well laid-out, spacious apartment, in great condition, with all mod cons. Excellent proactive comms from hotel team. Stayed one night in winter but would happily come back, for longer. Thoroughly recommended.

Disappointing check in. Nobody there at the check in desk so had to search for a member of staff. I then found an older lady with glasses ( sorry don’t know her name) who was quite rude and ignorant. A warm welcome and friendly smile goes a long way! Room was good. Cleanliness was good

Hotel cancelled our confirmed reservation while we were in transit , claimed they tried to call us all day and had a attitude like it was our fault , beds sucked .

We were very pleased with our apartment it was very clean and comfortable with views of Gavle Bay . It had everything we needed. It has plenty of parking. There is an ICA supermarket not far away. The hairdryer was missing, so we reported it. Within 5 minutes the very pleasant janitor brought us a brand new one. We would recommend staying here

Det finns pool, bastu.. Inte använt det själv, men ser fräscht och fint ut.

Så enkelt allt varit från det att vi bokat till att förlänga till senare utcheckning. Boendet är fantastiskt och så rent och fräscht.

Mycket fint ställe med hög standard och i synnerhet poolen är mycket uppskattad av ungdomarna.

Toppen! Älskade poolen, bastun och hela upplägget. Passade oss perfekt. Supergod glass i restaurangen. Otroligt trevlig personal i restaurangen.

Tog lång tid att checka in! Ingen svarade i telefon! Efter 30min fick vi leta efter personalen som inte hade kunskap om hur hon skulle checka in oss. All personal var någon annanstans och fokuserad på ett bröllop! Låset på dörren av ur funktion, åter ingen som svarade i telefon. Rummet var stort och fint och bra utrustat!
