Front desk i not helpful

Everything was fine. Loved the view from our room.

I wish the hot tub and sauna was working, otherwise great stay, helpful staff, good service.

The room was clean but the bathroom was in a very much need of maintanance. There is no fan in the bathroom . Also needs some up grade . Need was very uncomfortable.

Rooms are dated and could use a refresh. Soundproofing not the best, had a screaming child across the hall which made gor a very early wakeup. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to everything. Basic room with very firm beds.

The night concierge could be much friendlier. The overnight cleaning staff was much friendlier and helpful. Unloading zone is difficult to access with bags and suitcases. The room was not completely clean. Access to the nightstand lighting and power was difficult to figure out.
