Amazing place it is. We enjoyed a lot in monsoons. I even did use swimming pool. The property is small but beautiful. One more thing, the property is very proximate (close) to market so no obligation to have CM food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Chambers, Mahabaleshwar! The Studio room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Combined with the beautiful Mahabaleshwar weather, it made for the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the entire staff. A special mention to Chef Bharat, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He made dinner extra special for our five-year-old daughter by generously surprising her with a delicious pastry, which absolutely made her day. Our biryani was taking a little longer and the team thoughtfully served us a complimentary starter while we waited. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s these little touches that set this place apart. Thank you, Chef Bharat, and the entire team at Club Mahindra Chambers, for your warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. We had a fantastic stay and would love to visit again!

Had the absolute pleasure of staying at Chambers Mahabaleshwar. Our room felt like a beautifully preserved piece of history from the 1880s, radiating the perfect vintage vibe. There’s something so special about waking up to that crisp, refreshing hill-station ambiance combined with classic colonial architecture.

We visited this resort on the occasion of my mother's birthday. The stay there was pleasant and also the supporting staff at the resort made it more memorable. I would like to specify names of kitchen staff who made sure that my parents are well taken care of. Thank you to Ramesh Mama, Suresh, Aditya, Sidharth, Rani, Ali and Druva for their service. As we went in the second week of June, we could experience pleasant cold weather along with Mansoon in the deep forest. People who love to be close to nature and also loves to experience living in heritage building, this place is for you. This property is built in the year 1828 that gives you all together different experience that can not be expressed in words. Best season: Monsoon and winters. We explored old Mahabaleshwar and also nearby market area. But if you have time, make sure you visit science centre in Tapola. Locals are not aware about it but if you search on Google, you will find your way. Unfortunately we could not visit this place, but it's in a bucket list now. Hope the description helps you all. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience at Chambers Mahabaleshwar. Paying ₹10,000 per night and receiving such poor service is unacceptable. 1. Booked a higher category Family Room, but was given a tiny and probably the worst/smallest room in the property. 2. Almost all rooms had balconies, but ours didn’t. 3. At check-in, the bathroom was stinking of urine. We called room service, but no one attended. 4. Called 3 times for the in-room menu from 9 PM onwards. Finally received it at 10:40 PM. When we tried ordering food at 10:55 PM, we were told the kitchen was closed. 5. Ordered a water bottle and received it after almost 1 hour. 6. Requested for a better room, but were told the hotel was “100% booked.” 7. The electricity/light went off countless times during the stay, making the experience even more frustrating. 8. Breakfast quality was below average and not at all what you expect from such an expensive hotel. To make things worse, despite such a poor stay experience, we are continuously receiving calls from Club Mahindra representatives for membership sales. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, the focus seems to be only on selling memberships. Honestly don’t understand why this hotel is priced so high. Terrible hospitality, poor management, average food, and absolutely not worth ₹10,000 per night. Definitely would not recommend.
