Parking was safe and had many spots. The check in staff was very friendly and efficient

I booked a double bed - got two singles brought together and keeping moving apart all night. Noisy at 6 a.m. Very disappointed!

Take note, check out is 11am, not the nirmal 12 noon. Beds a but hard. Location a little outside the town centre. Clean and easy hotel to deal with. Staf not overly friendly, however nit rude.

Poor service from waiters who ignore you. Rooms are dated, do not supply water. Poor room conditions for a single roomed bed.

One night stopover on our way to Northern Holland. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are very helpful. The restaurant menu offers less choice than i remember from a previous visit, but food quality is excellent. Ample free parking immediately outside the hotel.

This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking.

Comfort hotel great for business stay

Quite dated room. No tea making facilities or water provided in the room. Quite expensive bar food menu.

Good parking, clean and comfortable

Our room was in the older "main" building and the quality of this room was inferior to rooms in the "new" building.

Room was vert clean. Meal in the hotel restaurant was too expensive for the quality of the food, and staff was aged men, but with no apparent experience.

Ok hotel. Bed not comfortable, plastic bed cover so very hot to sleep and hard bed. Despite photos dated decor. No tea and coffee in room. 4 star hotel would presume is more for business

Stayed for 4 nights, arrived Thursday afternoon, been up since 4am so wanted a quick power-nap, got into bed to be greated by heavy hammer drilling, this went on for quite a while so contacted the reception just to see how long it would be going on, we were told there was no drilling in the hotel and it must of been outside, clearly this wasn't true as it was coming from the next room.... apart from this the hotel was great especially the breakfasts....

The stay was above my expectations. Nice place and friendly staff.
