Felt safe as a solo traveler, however, there are some maintenance upkeep that needs to be done & access to Hot water.

What an incredible week! We saw more animals on the grounds of our property than on our various trips in search of those animals during the week. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Our balcony view was both relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast was great and the pool area exceptional. We wished the restaurant was a little more affordable, and the road throughout the property could use some maintenance, but the friendliness of the staff and the awesome grounds made those shortcomings easy to forget.

Staff were amazingly attentive, they went above and beyond for us. Food was delicious. Our tour guide Pedro was fun and knowledgeable! Looking forward to coming back!

stayed with my family for three nights and truly enjoyed the experience. The area is lovely, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast menu was excellent. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and has a calm, serene atmosphere.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating the room was beautiful and spacious the grounds were beautiful and the food was excellent! Bonus was the howler monkeys off my balcony and a sloth on the grounds

We had a great experience, staff is great, very clean and would highly recommend it. Harvy gave a great Coffee presentation. Diego is a margarita specialist. Petrito is a great nature guide, best tour ever highly recommend the rafting safari safari. Jose is a great server. All staff made sure that there was no pineapple and guava for my spouse. Much appreciated

Sticlers on thier rules. We had a delay on our flights and wanted to shift our 3 days one day but they wouldn't do it without penalty. The hotel was fairly empty so it shouldn't have been a problem. We had to forfeit our first day because of thier unwillingness to help us out in a bad situation.

Good spot

Amazing! It's gorgeous all around property, with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived from La Fortuna late afternoon on spare tire and they right away offer to take care of that for us! They took tire to shop and got in fixed and replaced by the time we were ready to go to dinner! Saved our day! Breakfast was excellent and ambient so beautiful. So many amenities and activities to enjoy on site, for both relaxing and active time.
