The room was fantastic, the river suit. Large bath, king size bed plenty of space. Had a meal in the restaurant fantastic food, topped off with a couple of coctails and some live music. Had a good sleep, bed a bit firm for me but wouldnt put me off coming back. Breakfast was help yourself continental and fried food. Any special requests you just had to ask. The staff from front desk to bar, housekeeping and restaurant we're all fantastic. Hard to believe this is only a three star hotel, will definitely be back.

Room was clean, however trying to run a bath, the shower kept running water as well, no matter how we tried to stop it. Evidence of black mould on the tiles/grout in the bathroom as well. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The kettle could do with being replaced as it's seen better days. The wardrobe doors didn't close properly/very well. The beds were a bit creaky with any movement. The staff were courteous and friendly especially in the restaurant. Breakfast and evening meal were both good. Despite the above issues, we would stay again at this hotel.

Had a 2 night stay here. I had a lovely room which was well equipped and comfy. Very 90's style bathroom but was clean, functional and in good state of repair. Food in the bar was lovely and not badly priced. Would stay again if in the area

Friendly staff, easy check-in, spacious room. Great pizzas in restaurant and good kids menu. I wasnt expecting much for a 3* hotel but ive stayed in 4* hotels i havent liked as much. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place but no AC. Was surprised and not comfortable for a July stays.

Some areas were in need of a lick of paint especially on the bedroom but common areas were lovely particularly the outside area in Bertha's bar.

The front desk staff was not overly friendly or helpful. It was an average stay, not good or bad. I think they were tired of tour groups.
