Good location in the West End of Glasgow, close to the Botanic Gardens and local restaurants. Good cooked breakfast. Room was small, small double bed and tiny bathroom. The room was adequate. Bedroom area was clean, although beds and bedding not very comfortable and the room never really got warm. The bathroom was very sparse, lighting was terrible and the shower bottom was moldy and the shower fixture had loose pieces. The staff was friendly and the location was great. Just needs finesse, maybe 1 thing on the wall…. Also, tv reception was pixelated except on 1 channel.

The Room was small but it had everything that was required and it was clean. The two reception staff whom i talked with were cautious and polite, the breakfast was good and reception was helpful when i asked about buses. It is a 40min walk from Buchanan Bus Station but quite easy with google maps. The music venue Oran Mor just a five minute walk away also The Botanical Gardens just the same.

Clean and comfortable room with really good quality breakfast. Comfy bed with a good nights sleep. Great value for money in a fantastic part of the city.

Bedding is thin & low quality. Room was very tired but shower room was newly installed Parking is on street at £4.50 per hour. Good price if you arrive by public transport rather than by car unless you want to park 500 metres away.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. No issues.

They let us go to our sons graduation, kept our luggage for us as we had to check out , then they let us come back after graduation and use a room to change for us bus journey home.! So accommodating. Can’t thank the staff enough. Lovely room lovely breakfast and all food

Excellent room, very spacious , great breakfast and very friendly people at the reception. The accommodation is not far from the University of Glasgow.I am a light sleeper, but I did manage to have a really good sleep at the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Booked this hotel as was near the venue we were going to and found it to be Very friendly , rooms were clean and breakfast good , value for money

Overall the hotel was good value for the money staff on breakfast duty were lovely however Check in experience was awful!!!! The guy sat with headphones on and his head down in his phone, he didn’t speak to us on entering hotel which was very hard to do as reception desk right next to front door, I had to initiate conversation he was vey matter of fact one word answers to my questions, and on leaving hotel to go out for dinner did not look or speak. Considering this is a very small hotel, a bit of polite conversation and a smile would have gone a long way. Other than that hotel was value for money.

The room was very comfortable and clean and was regularly serviced during my 2 week stay. The breakfast was excellent with healthy options and great variety freshly prepared every morning. Florica and Olly seemed to be managing the hotel and were amazing hosts. I would definately stay here again

Zero local parking, small room and tiny bathroom. Couldn't even sit on the loo with the door closed, or get on the shower. Clean on the surface, but as layers of dust around the TV and sockets. Rusty fittings in the bathroom. Staff were generally very pleasant

Friendly and efficient breakfast service. Great location for venues, bars and restaurants. Single room was nice despite the bathroom being a tight space. Duvet was thin and rather small but otherwise no issues. I'd stay here again for sure.

Tired and dirty. Some staff helpful, some disinterested. Bed was extremely worn, mattress had collapsed and was very uncomfortable. Great location.
