Fantastic stay. Beautifully restored palace, exceptional staff and sumptuous rooms. A truly magnificent experience. Next time I am in Hyderabad this will be my only choice.

Outrageously expensive, but somehow worth it given its role in the history of one of India's great cities. Quirky, not perfect, but amazing restoration and wonderful restaurant. The evening music was a bonus.

Feels like staying in a real palace. Lot of very interesting activities like feeding peacoks, foot baths, scented baths, et al.

It was magical stay worth every moment

This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. An intern by the name of Gulnaz made our stay very special with her kind and compassionate demeanor. She’s a real asset to Falaknuma!

Really good experience other than the massage.

Attention to detail, friendly staff and an oasis from the busy city of Hyderabad. The palace is steeped in history! Loved the tour of the palace, the warm welcome from the parking lot to the main lobby by horse buggy
