The hotel was clean, modern, and functional. TV/entertainment options were outdated.

I found the parking expensive ($45+ for one overnight stay) and our TV was broken. The room was really comfortable and tea and coffee selections (no creamer tho) ok. Front desk staff good. Lack of information in the room as to the hotel amenities was disappointing, had to call front desk to find out where ice machine was. Only a single coffee cup provided when 2 of us were staying.

Well kept property, wonderful staff, nice location

Starting with the check in, the entire stay was wonderful! Greeted by an amazing concierge Cem, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and luxurious with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Lastly the location is ideal for exploring Calgary. We will definitely be back !

Great stay. I’d stay again.

From the moment we arrived Cem at the front desk could not have been more helpful He organized for us to drop off our hire car downtown rather than all the way back to the airport He made restaurant recommendations and offered to book reservations for us The room was fabulous, spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable Centrally located with everything you need within very close walking distance I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Clean room and great large bathroom

Vraiment bel hôtel, idéalement situé. Mais la ventilation beaucoup trop bruyante au 7ieme m’a simplement empêché de dormir! Allumée elle est trop bruyante et puissante et éteinte il fait trop chaud. Mais pour le reste ce fut une belle découverte!

Hotel is a great downtown location. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Would highly recommend to stay here if you’re in Calgary for the stampede.

This was a great hotel, conveniently located in downtown Calgary close to everything great walking distance. The concierge Cem was amazing. very large and clean rooms very quiet for being in downtown as well. Must try restaurant on site.

Location can’t be beat. But overall the lounge feels tired, or not a place people want to hang out. I really wish I could have had a coffee in the lounge while I did some work in the wee hours. Waited for Starbucks in the other hotel to open

I was so happy they let me do an early checkin...it made my stay so much better
