This is a standard Holiday Inn express. The staff are super friendly, there's lots of parking (you take a ticket from a machine, and they validate it for you). My room is comfortable, the air conditioning works, and they have a really nice pool at the back that I'm going to use right now. The only thing is, it's really close to the Port of Manzanillo, so there's not much around. This is not a hotel where you'd come to and spend your vacation in Manzanillo, unless you want to drive down to the beaches, then it would work perfectly fine. I'm just passing through. There is a seafood restaurant called Tio Sam's —a 4-minute walk away, it closes at 6:00 PM. The hotel also gave me a paper with a QR code to scan for two restaurants that deliver. But if it's before 5:00 PM, walk around the corner to Tio Sam's for some really excellent mariscos in a really nice, fresh, beautifully decorated little restaurant. Oh, and the pool is in a lovely patio setting with lots of lounge chairs and shade for those - like me - that need it.

Did my check-in and two guys that had a terrible attitude like teen school girls treated my famaly poorly during out entire vacation. Also the hotel taxi stole 50 pesos from me and when confronted he said it was a tip

The breakfast is delicious. Chilaquiles and beans are amazing!!! If you're looking for a place to stay with good breakfast, stay here. Super nice kitchen staff. 2,000 ⭐️ on breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful the ac works 😂 and customer service what can I say they are all Mexican that means you will have the best experience you would ever have

Good place, new construction, however some of the equipment, like AC and Phones have been evidently refurbished. TV are not smart, so if you do not bring your own PC and cables, you are limited to tv broadcast
