Located in a very convenient area. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping area.

The hotel was great value for money. The pool wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful. Whilst it is a little dated, it suited our budget and didn't charge anywhere near the same as other hotels in the area. We had breakfast during our stay and they even opened an hour early to allow us to eat before we got the train to the airport. At the quieter end of Sta. Susanna. The hotel was well located for the beach and local restaurants. The hotel had lots of groups staying from France, Spain, The USA. The clientele was at the older end of the spectrum and this made for a relaxing stay.

Very helpful at the reception. Room at the sixt floor was excellent!

A/C broken in the entire building. Staff tried to make us comfortable, however the room was brutally hot all night.

Great place!!!:) We stayed at this hotel a fantastic two weeks. The rooms and bathroom very clean. Air conditioning included in the price of operating without problems. Cleaned every day. Towels changed every 2 days. Bed linen 2 times a week or as needed. At the reception available towels for the pool that can be exchanged several times a day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet varied. Everyone will find something for yourself every day. Every day, before noon aqua aerobics in the pool. In the evenings, dance evenings with great salsa. The first time we were in a place where we want to go back many times. Fantastic place:)))

Stayed in hotel for 5 nights with friends, good price, free breakfast, gr8 location, friendly staff but hard to communicate in English, lots of attraction in hotel and around. only one negative - WiFi only in reception area definitely go back again next year

We had a weeks holiday at this hotel. The pools were really good for my 2year old, we didn't have to fight for a subbed and the pool area is clean. The hotel is also clean with everything you need.

The location is pretty good being near the beach and the promenade with its cafes, markets, bars, shops etc. The room and bathroom were both a good size, although quite dated. The big bed was comfy, the shower pressure great. A brighten up would do wonders. Wifi in the lobby only was a bit annoying. There were two pools, one chlorine (small), one salt water. Car park is across the road from hotel, in an open sandy area. Cost 10€ which wasn't bad. Good service and they spoke good English. The free breakfast was large but not the best food. Dry pastries which were tasteless, awful little egg things, lack of variety in the spreads, warm milk for cereal. Good juice and fruit selection.

The hotel is pretty beat down. Even though it is the beginning of the main vacation season in Europe, there were a plenty of things not working properly, broken, or missing features. The pool is adjacent to the hotel and with good size. However, the beach is over the road, under the rail road tracks, and past the ocean front hotel zone. The food was ok, nothing impressive. However, the hotel staff deserves high five for desire to help.

Parking caro y poca seriedad en mantener el número de plaza de parking que te asignan, siempre ocupada y las reclamaciones no sirven de nada. Personal de recepción bastante incompetente, se liaron a la hora del chek in, no encontraban la reserva, no sabían qué cobrar y al principio me dieron una habitación inferior a la que había reservado, al reclamar, menos mal que la cambiaron. Buffet desayuno justito.

Todo está muy bien pero …. Pagamos media pensión y al final no la usamos porque con solo probar la primera noche la comida , ya no regresamos a comer al hotel. La Comida está muy por debajo del nivel del hotel . No creo que volvamos .

Ha ido muy bien, hemos ido con nuestro pequeño de 7 meses y ha sido una buena experiencia. Las habitaciones, lavabo, zonas comunes todo muy limpio y en orden.
