Floors were dirty (white socks were not white for long) Phone jack was touchy, I had to fiddle with EVERY phone call to get an outside line. They do not have screens on the windows, so bugs. Curtains were definitely NOT blackouts... Breakfast is OK. Mini splits can cool down/dehumidify the room. But it is on the noisy side. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping malls

La plomberie était défaillante des plaques de plâtres sur les murs. Bar fermé difinitivement depuis assez longtemps le spa en morceaux à côté de l’hôtel les poubelles débordaient la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée durant notre séjour Etc etc Pour le prix beaucoup trop dispendieux et non recommandable.

The room was very clean. It could use an upgrade. Satisfactory for a 3 star motel. Staff was very helpful.

Parking lot pavement was very rough.

Great place to stop for a night. Clean and great price point. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Très propre

On nous a alloué la chambre 106 a notre arrivée. La tv ne fonctionnait pas et la salle de bain était insalubre (moisissures noires autour de la douche). L’air climatisé nous coulait sur la tête au dessus du lavabo. Lise (préposée) nous a changé de chambre à notre demande. Chambre 119-mieux. Planchers très sales par contre. Gardez vos souliers. Déjeuner continental ok. Louez-vous un Airbnb au lieu pour le même prix. Médiocre. Nous ne retournerons pas.

There was a strong humid smell, indicating mold presence. I could see a black spot on the molding next to the bath, and it was deformed by soaking in water. You entered the room straight from the parking, and there was no seal at the bottom of the door. A solid storm with driving rain would easily soak the carpet in the room. Bugs have an easy way in. The toilet was cramped, way too small, so tiny in fact that they put the sink outside that area. The door opened inward (as is normal) but would swing about 3-4 inches in front of the toilet. That's about it.

The checking person was great. Very helpful and bubbly. The building needed some tlc but was quiet. We were on the 2nd floor -- no elevators.

The room was very hot, lots of flies and no hot water for shower. I will never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Tout était parfait sauf la cordialité de la personne à l'accueil. Elle était vraiment antipathique et on dirait qu'on la dérangeait.

I didn’t stay a complaints is being made that for a nights charge when I canceled the 19th or 20 th iof June due to cancelation of soccer tournament in Drummondville. I took no fee cancelation and payment at the Hotel you charged my visa July 4th 190.01 I want my money back, I’ve sent 3 emails to you and the hotel with no response, time is running out for your responds do your yourselves a favour and judge your self accordingly in this matter

Didn't like the water stains in the toilet because the water continues to run.

Bed was very hard. Two of the pillow covers had stains on them. It looks like they hadn't been changed. The brown pillow sham had a undefinable brown stain on it. I hope it was not feces because that is what it looked like. We will not be staying here again.

Bien préparé, peut être un peu vieillot mais très bien entretenu. Bon petit déjeuner, beaucoup d’espaces de stationnement, bien insonorisé et loin de la rue alors très silencieux.
