I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Kordon Hotel Pasaport. From the moment I arrived, the service made me feel genuinely cared for. The manager is truly exceptional: she is kind, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Not the scripted kind of hospitality, but the real kind. The kind that makes you feel safe, welcomed, and seen, especially when you’re traveling and need that grounding energy. The location is absolutely perfect safe and beautiful. You can get anywhere in İzmir easily from here, and the view of the Agean Sea is simply unbeatable. Sitting by the water, watching the city breathe; it adds something special to the entire experience that you don’t forget once you leave. The buffet-style Turkish breakfast was also wonderful, fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. A beautiful way to start the day, every day. I think I found the place every time we visit Izmir! My stay at Kordon was absolutely fantastic!

Very clean, large room, great breakfast.

Kordon Hotel has got very tired rooms. The rooms smell cigarette and also very bad smell comes from shower drains. Rooms and beds are very big and comfortable but terrible smell in the room kills the room comfort. Safes are very old and difficult to operate. Staff at the hotel brilliant and can not do enough for you. The smoking lounge is the best place overlooking the bay of Izmir .. it should be non smoking place.. as if they penalise non smoking clients..

The pillows were to big, the wifi went out every day even though the manager and down said they are working on it, the air-conditioned didn't cool after 1 hour of working it just blows air. The staff did what they could but the hotel itself is way over priced for what they provide, we checked after 5 days and went to a cheaper and much better hotel, will reserve from booking from your website in the future.

Very convenient, excellent sea view, very helpful staff

This hotel is in an excellent location. Our room had a bay view and was so clean, comfortable and spacious.

Staff were very friendly and most have very good English. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Some of the decor is a bit dated and smoking is the norm in Turkey so there's the smell of smoke in the rooms. Breakfast is good and there's good selection for dinner.

Fantastic location…restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, museums, ferry, shopping bazaar, bars, are all in walking distance from this hotel. No need to take public transportation or cabs, just use your feet. The hotel staff is super nice and really takes care of you. The only thing I can mention was my room was not cleaned the first day of my stay. The breakfast was awesome and quite a bit of variety to choose from.

The room service, receptionist, door man and cleaning team are fantastic. The building, bed sheets and bath room need refurbishments.

Liked this hotel. Didn't spend much time here but great from the room. Quiet. Safe. Good overnight stay. Staff at breakfast could be more helpful and smile more but overall not a bad stay.

The hotel had a great view, located right in front of the port and the sea, just 10 meters away. The breakfast room was fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your meal while looking directly out at the sea. The breakfast was good but not exceptional, and it was continental. The room was spacious, and the linens were clean, but the overall cleanliness and freshness of the room were not up to standard. For instance, I noticed some mold in the shower, which is common in coastal hotels, but it’s typical to address this regularly to prevent it from being visible. Additionally, I found a hanger left behind by a previous guest, which shows a lack of attention to detail in cleaning. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the view and the location, as it offers easy access to different modes of transportation – boat, train, bus, and even taxi, with a taxi station located right in front of the hotel. Overall, I liked the hotel, but a few improvements, such as upgrading the shower and toilet materials, would make the experience even better.

Disappointed that the restaurant was completely empty the 2 nights we were there so we had to eat elsewhere also nobody seemed to use the bar either despite having a great location and views. Breakfast was quite good. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Fridge a waste of time having as it went off when the roomcard key was removed so useless to keep anything cold.

Did not meet my expectations

Great location. Very walkable and great dining close. Hotel breakfast was decent as well.

This property was by the boardwalk which was nice. Wish their cafe was better!
