The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Only thing I can think of that would be useful to have is a vending machine for at least water. But everything else was great!!

Internet was not working or when it works extremly slow We inform the stuff they say nobody except us is complaning and system is ok Last night they offer us to change the room Also room area is very noisy sound isolation is zero at 4 oclock in the morning all the noise is in your room One thing to be careful 1 hour we arrived to the hotel 13:00 hrsthey ask extra money for early check in heard first time in my life

Staff seem genuinely friendly. The guy who checked me in gave me options for which room I got (higher or lower, with a view or quieter away from traffic), and offered and wrote me out a list of restaurant recommendations, and each time I arrived or departed, the staff on the desk would acknowledge me walking past. Room was clean and everything worked. Bathroom clean. And a couple of chocolates, too!!

Easy to find, with close access to metro. Welcoming staff, very clean, good first impressions. Had the junior suite which was very spacious, with balcony. Ned was vert comftable. Breakfast was very good with large selction of items. Recommended stop.

I like the separation of toilet and shower, that is very convenient for our family. Cups are dirty. Carpet seems dirty too. In general it is not as clean as I like.

Everything was very good- very stylish little hotel, very beautifully decorated. Very good breakfast with delicious selections… Very clean…, but we give them only 4 stars because of Internet…. Internet connection absolutely horrible and TV didn’t have no one Channel in English language.
